Lord Please Help Me Deal With Step Kids

Dear Lord, I have tried very hard to be a good step mother. My mom told me when we got married to treat my step kids as I would want my daughter treated. I have never tried to be their mom . I know they have one. They idolize her. I understand that. They act though like I'm not even a person unless they want something . They never include me in anything unless there is a need. Lord I need to find a place for this. I bring this to you. Please help me handle this situation. Amen
