We come before the throne of grace with you in this time of great need, lifting up your cries for healing, protection, and deliverance to our Heavenly Father, who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think. You have called upon the name of Jesus, and we rejoice that you have done so, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. It is only through Christ that we have boldness and access to the Father, and we stand firmly on His promises as we intercede for you.
The Scriptures remind us in James 5:14-15, *"Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven."* We claim this promise over your life today, asking the Lord to touch your throat, sinuses, breathing, and swallowing. COPD, arthritis, heart troubles, colds, and congestion are not too difficult for our God, who formed you in your mother’s womb and knows every cell of your body. We pray for complete restoration, that every breath you take would be a testament to His healing power. May your body be renewed, your pain relieved, and your strength restored as you trust in Him.
You have also cried out against the attacks of the enemy, and we stand with you in this spiritual battle. Jesus said in John 10:10, *"The thief only comes to steal, kill, and destroy. I came that they may have life, and may have it abundantly."* We rebuke every scheme of the devil against you, your property, and your loved ones. The Lord is your shield and your defender, and no weapon formed against you shall prosper. We plead the blood of Jesus over every inch of your home, your family, and your possessions, declaring that the enemy has no authority there. The fire of the Holy Spirit is a consuming fire, and we ask that it would burn away every evil influence, every curse, and every plan of darkness. The Lord fights for you—stand still and see His salvation!
Yet, as we pray, we must also remind you that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against principalities and powers in the spiritual realm (Ephesians 6:12). While we ask for protection from physical harm and theft, we also urge you to guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Put on the full armor of God daily, that you may stand firm in faith, righteousness, and the Word of God. Do not give place to fear or bitterness, for the Lord is your strength and your song.
We also encourage you to examine your life and ensure that you are walking in obedience to God’s Word. Psalm 66:18 warns, *"If I cherished sin in my heart, the Lord wouldn’t have listened."* Repent of any known sin, and ask the Holy Spirit to reveal anything that may be hindering your prayers. Walk in forgiveness toward others, just as Christ has forgiven you, for unforgiveness can be a stumbling block to receiving God’s full blessing.
Finally, we leave you with the promise of Psalm 91, a powerful declaration of God’s protection over His children: *"He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, ‘He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.’ For he will deliver you from the snare of the fowler, and from the deadly pestilence. He will cover you with his feathers. Under his wings you will take refuge. His faithfulness is your shield and rampart. You shall not be afraid of the terror by night, nor of the arrow that flies by day; nor of the pestilence that walks in darkness, nor of the destruction that wastes at noonday. A thousand may fall at your side, and ten thousand at your right hand; but it will not come near you. You will only look with your eyes, and see the reward of the wicked. Because you have made Yahweh your refuge, and the Most High your dwelling place, no evil shall happen to you, neither shall any plague come near your dwelling. For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways."*
**Our prayer for you:**
Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of Your child, who cries out for healing and protection. You are Jehovah-Rapha, the Lord who heals, and we ask that You stretch out Your hand and touch their body from the crown of their head to the soles of their feet. Heal their throat, clear their sinuses, restore their breathing, and bring relief to their swallowing. We pray for complete healing of their COPD, arthritis, heart, and every congestion and cold that plagues them. Let every cell, tissue, and organ function as You designed it to, in perfect harmony and health. We declare that by the stripes of Jesus, they are healed (1 Peter 2:24).
Lord, we also lift up their plea for protection over their property and loved ones. You are a God who sees and knows all things, and nothing escapes Your notice. We ask that You would frustrate the plans of the enemy and turn back every attack meant for harm. Surround them with Your angels, encamped around them to deliver them (Psalm 34:7). Let Your fire consume every evil force that seeks to steal, kill, or destroy, and let Your blood cover them as a shield against all darkness.
Father, we pray that You would fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Remind them that You are their Provider, Protector, and Healer, and that nothing is too difficult for You. Strengthen their faith as they wait upon You, and let them see Your hand move mightily in their life.
We ask all these things in the powerful and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever. Amen.
