Lord please be with me tomorrow as I go to work after filing the grievance with the union please protect me from all harm please guide me if this grievance process is Your Will please let it go smoothly and let my helpers give strong support to my case if it is not Your Will please guide me to withdraw the grievance. Lord please use me as Your instrument in this organization, help me to cast out any principalities in operation there, strengthen me against the enemy's attacks particularly when the weapons used are fear thank You Lord in Jesus Name amen
