Father, you know the small business for which I refer. Help the managers to be faithful to the owners as they reach for success. Make them honest, hard workers and guide them in the ways they should go. Make the owners aware of all activities surrounding this business and make it viable and helpful to the community. Keep it on the cutting edge of technology and reveal the truth to the community about past managers in which they naively placed their trust. Give the community the best service through this business and let all that come through its doors be inspired by you. In Jesus' name, I pray. Amen.
