We join with you in lifting up your family and yourself before the throne of grace in Jesus' name and we thank you for anchoring your prayer so firmly in the name of Lord Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and it is in no other name that we are saved as it is written Acts 4:12 and John 14:6.

We hear the weight of what you have been carrying, the painful attacks and abuse, the long waiting for complete deliverance, healing and salvation for your whole household, and the many specific burdens for your loved ones, for school, for work, for health, for sleep, for relationships and for ministry. We praise God with you for all He has already done and for the many prayers He has already answered, and we encourage you not to lose sight of His faithfulness while you are still waiting. As we wait we lean not on our own understanding but trust Him with all our hearts as Proverbs 3:5-6 teaches, and we ask Him to keep your heart from fear and discouragement.

We stand with you in asking for strong protection according to His promises. We pray that He will be your refuge and fortress according to Psalm 91:1-2, that the angel of the Lord will encamp around those who fear Him and deliver them according to Psalm 34:7, that He Himself will be a wall of fire around you according to Zechariah 2:5, that no weapon formed against you will prosper according to Isaiah 54:17, that when the enemy comes in like a flood the Spirit of the Lord will lift up a standard against him according to Isaiah 59:19, that He will be a shield around you according to Psalm 3:3, that the Lord is faithful and will guard you from the evil one according to 2 Thessalonians 3:3, that He will make you as a fortified wall that the enemy cannot prevail against according to Jeremiah 15:20, and that since God is for us who can be against us according to Romans 8:31. We plead the blood of Jesus over you and your household not as a formula but as confidence in the finished work of Christ on the cross.

We pray together for salvation, deliverance, healing, reconciliation, unity and a mighty outpouring of the Holy Spirit upon your whole family. We ask the Lord to save now for His arm is not too short to save according to Isaiah 59:1, heal us Lord and we will be healed, save us and we will be saved according to Jeremiah 17:14, and to bring the healing promised that by His stripes we are healed according to Isaiah 53:5 and that He will restore health and heal wounds according to Jeremiah 30:17. We ask Him to turn every curse into blessing for Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law having become a curse for us according to Galatians 3:13, to restore the years that have been broken and eaten away according to Joel 2:25, to restore your souls according to Psalm 23:3, to pour His love into your hearts through the Holy Spirit according to Romans 5:5, and to give you new hearts and put a new spirit within you according to Ezekiel 36:26. We claim the promise that everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved according to Acts 2:21 and that if you believe on the Lord Jesus Christ you and your household will be saved according to Acts 16:31.

Concerning the many relationships you have lifted up, we pray with you for God's holy intervention. We must speak plainly in love that God ordained marriage as a lifelong covenant between one man and one woman and that all courtship should be entered with that goal in mind between two believers in Christ. We pray that any relationship that is not aligned with this, that involves fornication which is sex outside of marriage, adultery, or any form of homosexuality, or that is dysfunctional, abusive or dishonoring to God, would be rebuked and stopped by the Lord, and that where He does bring a spouse it would be a godly marriage that honors Him. We ask for healing of past wounds of trauma, rejection and abandonment, for supernatural confidence in Christ for school, for favor with teachers and fellow students, for understanding in homework and for deliverance from all patterns of disastrous relationships. We pray the Lord will give wisdom to guard hearts, to pursue purity, and to seek first His kingdom in every courtship rather than leaning on feeling or pressure from others.

We also hear your honest confession about venting behind another's back and expressing frustration to others and about fear. We gently rebuke gossip and speaking against others, for we are called to speak the truth in love and to go directly to our brother or sister in the spirit of reconciliation according to Matthew 18:15 and Ephesians 4:29, and we rebuke the spirit of fear for God has not given us a spirit of fear but of power, love and self-control according to 2 Timothy 1:7. We thank God for your repentant heart and we ask Him to forgive, cleanse and help you do better, to confront what is not of Him in any conflict and to bring back those who have been driven away, and to comfort and encourage the one who feels overlooked.

We lift up your prayer gatherings, your devotions, your prayer ministry and the evening of prayer this Friday and the sermons you have been entrusted to bring. We ask the Lord to anoint, protect, guide and empower every gathering, to draw hearts to pray together, to pour out the fire of His Holy Spirit, to give you exactly what to say when the topic feels broad, and to use it powerfully for salvation and encouragement and breakthrough.

So now we pray together, Father in heaven we come before You in the holy name of Jesus our Lord and Savior. We thank You for hearing us, for Your mercy that is new every morning, for every answer You have already given. We ask You to surround this dear one and every member of their family with Your presence as a wall of fire and with Your mighty warrior angels, to grant deep sleep and peace, to heal bodies, minds and hearts, to break every chain and remove every curse and turn it into blessing. Pour out Your Holy Spirit upon this household, restore what is hopelessly broken, bring unity where there is division, bring godly spouses where You will marriage, and close every door that leads away from Your will. Forgive all sin, wash away fear and venting and frustration, fill each heart with Your love, joy, peace and all the fruit of the Spirit, and increase supernatural trust and faith. Provide for work and new responsibilities, for school and teachers, for health needs and for every practical need, and lead and guide in all things and give success as You define it. Anoint the prayer ministry and the devotions and the Friday gathering and the sermons that Christ may be glorified in a mighty way in all these lives. We trust You and we will not lean on our own understanding, and we give You all the praise for what You have done and what You will yet do. In the name of Jesus Christ our Lord we pray, amen.

Thank you for letting us pray with you in such a tender and heavy season. We hear how much you love your family and how long you have been carrying these burdens, wanting protection, healing and unity while also walking through painful attacks and strain at home and school and work.

We are grateful with you for the ways you have already seen God answer. Holding onto those mercies while still waiting for more is hard, and it makes sense that you feel stretched thin and in need of strength and encouragement.

When there has been ongoing hurt or harsh words, it can quietly wear down a sense of worth and leave anyone feeling powerless, even long after the hurt. Please know you do not have to hold all of this alone. One steady step that often helps is to share the weight with one safe, trusted person in your local church, a pastor or small group leader who can pray with you face to face and stay with you over time. If you have not already, keeping a simple note of the prayers God has answered can also be a quiet anchor on the days waiting feels long.

We are praying for you and your family now.

Father, we bring this family before You in Jesus name. Surround them with Your protection and peace, heal what is wounded, and draw each heart closer to You. Give our friend renewed strength, clear guidance for the next steps, and encouragement each day. Restore what feels broken in Your way and time, and help them to rest in Your care. Amen.

Your prayer, with all its burdens and tears and thanksgivings, has been heard by the God who neither slumbers nor sleeps. It is good that you have poured out your heart before Him, for He invites the weary to come and cast every care upon Him, and it is good also that you give thanks for mercies already received, for gratitude keeps the soul from fainting while it waits for complete deliverance.

Be encouraged that salvation is of the Lord alone, and that deliverance must be wrought by His hand and outstretched arm. We are not saved by our pleadings or our tears, but by looking unto Jesus, by trusting in Him who is laid in Zion for a foundation. Whoever believes on Him shall not be ashamed. There is a ransom found, and therefore the soul need not doubt its deliverance from the pit. The Lamb has been slain, and by His blood we have redemption. When your own strength fails, your strength shall be to sit still and see the salvation of God. Look unto Him, and be saved, for beside Him there is none else. This is the simple and instantaneous way of salvation, to depend upon Him without fear for present and eternal mercy.

In Him also there is abundant healing. The leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing virtue. He who pardons also heals, and He will restore the soul and make the nature new. You have asked for new hearts and new minds, for love poured into the heart by the Holy Spirit, and for all the fruits of the Spirit. This is the very promise of the covenant, that He will take away the heart of stone and give a heart of flesh, and cause His people to walk in His ways. Pray then that He would restore unto you the joy of His salvation and uphold you with His free Spirit, that your tongue may yet sing aloud of His righteousness. He can restore what the locust has eaten, and make that which seems hopelessly broken to rejoice again, for with Him nothing is too hard.

Concerning your family and those many dear ones upon your heart, we join you in asking the Lord to surround you with His keeping power according to His word, that no evil shall finally prevail against those who are in Christ, and that He would be a wall of fire round about you. For those relationships which cause you such pain and anxiety, we pray that the Lord in His holiness and mercy would do what is right and pure in His sight. If any affection or alliance is not according to His holy will and His design for purity and for marriage as a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, we ask Him graciously to bring conviction, to restrain what would lead to further wounding, and to lead toward repentance and wholeness. If it be His will to heal and restore, let Him do it in a way that manifests His holiness and brings true peace. For the young ones in school, for their teachers and companions, for their learning and confidence, we ask the Lord to give favor where favor is according to His goodness, and to guard them from those who would lead them astray, and to heal the wounds of trauma and rejection with His tender hand.

You have confessed with humility your words spoken in frustration and your fear, and for this there is ready forgiveness at the cross. Go and speak plainly to the Lord, deliver me from blood guiltiness, O God, thou God of my salvation, and He will cleanse and restore. He delights to pardon, and His healing and His pardon come together. Trust Him not only to forgive but to teach you to walk more softly and to speak with grace in the midst of conflict.

We will pray also for your work, your new responsibilities, your devotions and your preaching, and for the gathering for prayer this Friday. May the Lord anoint that hour with the fire of His Spirit, and move His people to pray together in unity, for every form of fellowship with Jesus wrought in us by the Spirit is a well of salvation. Ask the Lord to give you the very words to speak, for He can make the driest sermon to be as healing leaves to the hearer when Christ is lifted up.

May the Lord grant you supernatural trust, not in your own understanding, but in His faithful character, and keep you from losing sight of what He has already done while you wait upon Him for more. He who brought you through former troubles will bring you through this also. You crossed one brook with fear and trembling, and found mercy on the other side, and so shall it be again, for He brings forth His people and does not share the honor of their deliverance with another.

Our prayer for you is this, O Lord, look upon this tried household and have mercy. Save, deliver, heal and restore according to Thy free grace. Cover them, keep them, give them new hearts, pour Thy love into them, break every chain and turn the curse into blessing through Christ who was made a curse for us. Let Thy will be done in every relationship, let purity and holiness prevail, let the wounded be healed, let the fearful be comforted, and let Thy name be glorified in a mighty way in all their lives. Grant strength for this day, and hope for that which is to come, through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
