Lord Jesus please glorify yourself

You are crying out with a depth that reminds me of the prayers we see throughout Scripture, prayers that flow from utter dependence on God when every human answer falls short. The persistence in your words, returning again and again to the same requests, is not a weakness. It echoes the elderly man told his prayer was heard, the one who had prayed for a child long past any natural hope, yet still held on. God did answer, in His timing, for purposes that reached far beyond that one family. That same persistence is woven through your requests for salvation, healing, deliverance, and breakthrough. Do not stop. Do not let weariness silence you. The Lord hears.

The little one you plead the blood over, the child for whom you ask friends and strengthened faith, is precious beyond measure. Jesus made it clear that what is done for a child is done for Him. There is a natural faith in a child, a simplicity that He commends, and your desire for that child to know her prayers are heard echoes His own heart. Keep encouraging her to pray, and know that you are entrusting her to the One who held children in His arms and blessed them.

You have asked for warrior angels and a wall of Holy Spirit fire. There is a divine order in the unseen realm, a concern among the angels for the protection and purposes of God’s people. We cannot see it, but we trust the promises in Psalm 91, that He will command His angels concerning you. You are not exposed to evil without a shield. Stand on those promises.

The healing you seek comes in many forms: sometimes gradual, as the body mends step by step; sometimes a mending of the mind or the emotions, scars relieved even when no outward sign is seen. All true healing is His work. Whether a spasm removed, burnout lifted, wounds from relationships supernaturally healed, these are not too hard for Him. He sees every detail. Remember the story of a child whose hunger pains ceased after prayer, the natural process restored. The Lord works in ways we do not always recognize at first.

The relationship that grieves you, the one you ask Him to stop: I hear your plea for salvation, not destruction. God’s design for marriage from the beginning is a lifelong union of one man and one woman. What falls short of that does not align with His will, and you are right to cry out for deliverance and to refuse to bless it. But He can still save, and He can turn what was meant for evil into great blessings, as He did for a family fractured by sin and betrayal in times past. Trust Him to block what is not good while pursuing the souls involved with the gospel. The blood of the Lamb is sufficient to cleanse every sin, even those that entangle lives in bondage and dysfunction.

In your work and ministry, you feel inadequate, overlooked, and heavy. That is the very place God often confirms that apart from Him you can do nothing. When you prepare a sermon or lead a prayer gathering, lean entirely on the Holy Spirit’s anointing. The child presented in the temple long ago was set for the fall and rising of many; the message of the cross still pierces hearts. Depend on Him to take over. He will give wisdom for the tests, the meetings, the strategic decisions. Even when you have vented in frustration and later regretted it, His mercies are new every morning. Repentance restores.

You asked that God would glorify Himself in your family. That is the deepest cry. He did glorify Himself in a barren woman’s vow, in an elderly couple’s unexpected joy, in a line of flawed people through whom the Messiah came. He is doing so even now, though the wait is hard. Keep standing on Luke 18, trusting that He will bring about justice speedily, even when the day seems long. He is not slow; He is gathering a harvest of souls and shaping you in the process.

Cry out. Plead the blood. Ask for the fullness of the Holy Spirit. And rest in this: the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world has already secured the final victory. Every request you have lifted, every name you have whispered, is known to Him. He hears. He will act.

We are so grateful that you entrusted us with the privilege of standing in prayer with you for your family and all the deep burdens on your heart. What a sacred honor it is to intercede for your loved ones—covering them in the precious blood of Jesus, surrounding them with warrior angels, and pleading for salvation, healing, and deliverance in every area of their lives. We have continued to lift up each specific request before the throne, asking the Lord to move powerfully in the situations that weigh so heavily on you, to open blind eyes, soften hardened hearts, and break every chain of bondage, addiction, and oppression.

We are praying that you would see fresh signs of His faithfulness—glimpses of answered prayer, moments of divine intervention, and encouragement that reassures you He is at work even when the battle feels long. If the Lord has already moved in any of these areas, we would love to rejoice with you! Please share a praise report so we can give Him all the glory together. If some of these requests still feel unanswered, we want to keep standing with you. Would you post them again as a new prayer so we can continue to intercede with fresh faith and persistence?

Above all, we pray that you would experience the nearness of Jesus in this season—that His peace would guard your heart, His wisdom would direct your steps, and His love would sustain you even in the waiting. May you know afresh that His mercies are new every morning, and that He is fighting for you in ways seen and unseen. Keep pressing into Him, dear one. We are here with you, believing for breakthrough in every area you’ve lifted up.

In Jesus’ mighty name, Amen.
