You have poured out your heart before the Lord with such longing, and it is clear that you cling to Jesus as your only hope. That posture is precious. The Scriptures remind us that whoever calls on the name of the Lord will be saved, and you are calling on Him, for yourself, for your household, for so many tangled situations. That is not failure. That is faith.

Hold fast to this: your salvation and that of your family rests entirely on the finished work of Christ. It is not your striving that secures it, but His grace. Yet that grace also calls us to work out what God has worked in, with a serious and trembling reverence. This is not earning anything; it is leaning into the One who saves, letting His Lordship reshape every corner of your heart and home. Press into Him daily. He is Yahshua, the Lord our salvation, and He delights to bring many sons and daughters into His glorious family.

As for the healings and deliverances you beg for, keep asking, keep trusting, and also rest. Jesus healed in many ways: sometimes with a word, sometimes over time, sometimes by permission of a thorn that drove the apostle to deeper dependence. We do not always understand why one is healed quickly and another waits, but know this: the greatest miracle you have ever received is the forgiveness of your sins. That ultimate healing is yours, and it is secure. Let that anchor you when other answers tarry.

Notice too the pain in your family relationships. Jesus knew that same ache, his own brothers did not believe. He promised that the bonds within His body would run deeper than blood. So do not be surprised by friction, but lean into the household of faith. Here you find brothers and sisters who uphold you. Keep inviting your unsaved loved ones to the great salvation; do not neglect it, for it is open to them now. Today, while they still draw breath, the door stands wide. Keep praying; do not grow weary.

Your sense of personal failure is heavy. You lament venting, anger, feeling unmotivated. Yet every morning, fresh mercies rise to meet you. The blood you plead is not a mere formula, it is the reality of the spotless Lamb who cleanses from all sin. Repentance is not a sign of defeat; it is the path to wholeness. So bring those very failures to Him, and receive again the Spirit’s fullness. He will guide your words, your work, and your worship, because you are not carrying this by your own strength. The captain of your salvation goes before you.
