We join with you in lifting up your family and all these requests before the throne of grace, where we may find mercy and help in time of need (Hebrews 4:16). Your heart’s cry for God’s glory, salvation, healing, and deliverance is a beautiful reflection of faith, and we stand with you in agreement, knowing that where two or three are gathered in His name, He is in the midst of them (Matthew 18:20).
First, we rejoice that you have called upon the name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). It is only through faith in Him—the perfect, spotless Lamb of God—that we are cleansed from all sin (1 John 1:7). Your plea for the blood of Jesus over your family is a powerful declaration of trust in His atoning sacrifice, and we affirm this truth with you. The Scriptures remind us that the blood of Jesus speaks a better word than the blood of Abel, offering redemption and eternal life (Hebrews 12:24).
We also lift up your little one and all your family members, asking the Lord to surround them with His mighty warrior angels (Psalm 91:11) and to place a wall of Holy Spirit fire around them—protecting their minds, emotions, and bodies from every scheme of the enemy. The Lord is faithful, and He will establish you and guard you against the evil one (2 Thessalonians 3:3). We pray for salvation and deliverance for every unsaved family member, that their hearts would be softened to receive the gospel. May the Lord open their eyes to see the truth of His love and the urgency of repentance, for "now is the day of salvation" (2 Corinthians 6:2). We declare freedom from every bondage, addiction, and compulsion, for whom the Son sets free is free indeed (John 8:36).
Your request for the Lord to block that which is not good and to act quickly in the difficult situations you face is heard. We stand on Luke 18:7-8 with you, trusting that God will avenge His own who cry out to Him day and night. He will not delay, but will bring justice speedily. We also declare Psalm 50:15 over your family: "Call on me in the day of trouble; I will deliver you, and you will honor me." The Lord is your refuge and fortress, and no weapon formed against you will prosper (Isaiah 54:17).
We pray for your work and the specific situations you’ve mentioned, asking the Lord to take complete control. May He guide your steps, give you wisdom, and speak through you to those in your team and beyond. We pray for divine organization, favor in meetings, and the ability to manage your workload with excellence, all while keeping Jesus first in every decision. Remember, apart from Him, we can do nothing (John 15:5), but with Him, all things are possible (Matthew 19:26).
We also lift up the anger and frustrations you mentioned. The Scriptures tell us, "Be angry and do not sin; do not let the sun go down on your anger" (Ephesians 4:26). We ask the Lord to help you release these emotions to Him in a way that honors Him, and to replace them with His peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). May He also address the root causes of these struggles and bring resolution and healing.
For the little one, K., we pray for godly friendships at school and for her to know without a doubt that the Lord hears her prayers. May she experience His presence in a tangible way, and may her faith be strengthened. We also lift up H., asking for the removal of spasms and complete healing in Jesus’ name. For the burn out and emotional struggles mentioned, we declare restoration and revival of faith. May the Lord grant confidence, understanding in schoolwork, and a deep assurance of His love. "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit" (Psalm 34:18).
Regarding the relationships you mentioned, we must address this with biblical clarity. The Scriptures are explicit that we are to flee from relationships that are not centered on Christ and aligned with His design for marriage between one man and one woman (1 Corinthians 6:18, Hebrews 13:4). If there are any relationships in your family that do not honor this truth—whether premarital, extramarital, or same-sex—we urge repentance and a turning away from such paths. The Lord’s design for intimacy is within the covenant of marriage, and anything outside of this is sin (1 Thessalonians 4:3-5). We pray for conviction where needed, and for the Lord to guard your family from any relationships that would lead to destruction. May He bring godly, Christ-centered spouses for those who are unmarried, and may all relationships in your family reflect His holiness.
We also pray for the leadership situations you mentioned, asking the Lord to bring justice, humility, and unity. If there are feelings of being overlooked or bypassed, we pray for the Lord to either change the circumstances or give you the grace to trust His sovereignty in all things. May He convict those who need to repent and bring harmony to the team.
For the prayer meetings and upcoming events, we ask the Lord to anoint them powerfully. May His Spirit move mightily, bringing breakthrough, healing, and salvation. We pray for the Intro course and all devotional times, that they would be saturated with His presence and truth.
Finally, we encourage you to continue seeking the Lord first in all things. Your failures and weaknesses are opportunities for His grace to be magnified, for His strength is made perfect in weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9). His mercies are indeed new every morning (Lamentations 3:22-23), and He is faithful to complete the work He has begun in you (Philippians 1:6).
