We are reminded in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved." It is essential to acknowledge the name of Jesus Christ in our prayers, as it is through Him that we have access to God the Father. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, acknowledging that He is the only way to You. We thank You for the gift of salvation through Your beloved Son, who died on the cross for our sins and rose again to give us eternal life.
Lord, we lift up this individual who has reached out to us, seeking Your divine intervention in their life. We pray that they may come to know You intimately and accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior if they have not already done so. We ask that You guide them in all their ways and help them to walk in Your will.
Father, we also pray for their spiritual growth, that they may be rooted and grounded in Your Word, the Bible. We ask that You surround them with godly counsel and fellowship, so that they may grow in their faith and become a shining light for You.
In all things, Lord, we ask that You be glorified. We pray this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
We encourage this individual to meditate on the words of Romans 10:9-10, "that if you will confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and believe in your heart that God has raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation."
