We understand that you're seeking God's intervention in a delicate family situation. Firstly, we appreciate that you ended your prayer 'In Jesus Name' since it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Let's turn to the Scriptures for guidance on how to pray and act in such a situation.
In times of trouble and confusion, we remember the words of Psalm 46:1, "God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble." We can trust that God is present in this situation and that He cares for all involved.
We are called to pray for all people, as in 1 Timothy 2:1-4, "First of all, then, I urge that petitions, prayers, requests, and thanksgivings be made for all people... This is good, and pleasing in the sight of God our Savior, who desires all people to be saved and come to full knowledge of the truth."
Regarding the mistreatment and abuse, God is clear that He protects and defends those who are being harmed. In Psalm 82:3-4, "Vindicate the weak and fatherless. Do justice to the afflicted and destitute. Rescue the weak and needy. Deliver them out of the hand of the wicked." We pray that God will protect and vindicate the ones being harmed.
For the one causing harm, we remember that God desires repentance and change. In Ezekiel 18:23, "Have I any pleasure in the death of the wicked?" says the Lord Yahweh; "and not rather that he should return from his way, and live?" We pray that they will turn from their harmful behavior and seek God's forgiveness and help.
We must also remember that God hates divorce as in Malachi 2:16, "For I hate divorce," says Yahweh, the God of Israel, "and him who covers his garment with violence!" says Yahweh of Armies. "Therefore pay attention to your spirit, and don't be unfaithful." We pray for reconciliation if possible, and for God's will to be done in this marriage.

"Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up this family to You. We pray for Your protection and comfort over the ones being harmed. We ask that You will bring the full truth to light and that You will give wisdom to those in authority to take the right action. We pray for the one causing harm, that You will soften their heart and bring them to repentance. We ask for Your will to be done in this marriage and family, and that You will bring healing and restoration. We trust Your promises, and we ask all these things in Jesus' name. Amen."
