Lord I pray for peace of mind ,heart and my soul. I pray I'm at ease and can breathe. I pray I can smile. I pray for calmness . I pray I can live again. I pray mentally and emotionally I am strong . I pray I can live and enjoy what I have and around me. Lord I really pray mentally I can be free from this situation. Lord I pray you save me. I pray I forget, let go, and never again reminded of the bad. I pray I'm shielded from this pain and bad. I pray it doesn't cross my mind or heart. I pray I don't think about it and protected from this pain and the thought or reminder hurts too much. Lord in the past I let go, breathe and am so strong and confident in why situations occurred and never hurt. Lord I pray I'm like this again. I pray when I do feel weak or sad I can gain strength that I need to think positive and clear. Lord I'm very sick. Very sick. Lord I need to get well for myself, everyone around me and for my life and dreams. I need to be well and strong. I pray I'm strong and courageous to avoid the bad , if I see or hear bad i can brush it off , when I feel sad or down I get strong, and if to does come to mind I can push it away. Everyday is a new day and I pray for a new and good day. I pray each day I'm strong and everyday is positive and I'm no longer hurt, sad , weAk or down. I pray I'm my old self again. Lord they say time heals but lord I'm so sick that I don't have time . I need your intervention. I need your protections.Protect me lord. Please. Amen

Holy God and loving Father, I consciously place my fears, worries, anxieties, and burdens in your hands. I know that I have so little power to change the outcome of these events and I trust that you will work what is pleasing to you, and best for me, out of these situations. Forgive me for my anxious thoughts and for letting my own worry become an idol that robs you of my full trust. Strengthen and empower me to trust you more by the power and presence of your Spirit.
