Lord I Dont Understand.

Lord I don't understand. I'm so broken hearted. I don't want to be alone. But I'm gonna be. When I look ahead to my future I see nothing but sadness and hurt. I want that special someone lord but I know its not your will. My hearts desire was not in your planning for me. Lord I don't understand if having that special someone or a friend or a wife is not your will then why don't I have peace with that. I know its not your planning but I want peace that's all. Please lord I don't want to be alone. But I know you see it best for me. So I'll remain this way. In Jesus name amen.

I've also suffered with this similar problem. My will and desires and God saying no, or depriving me. The most important thing however, is that we're doing God's will and not self will. The end reward of eternal paradise is worth it. God Bless =)

Holy God and loving Father, I consciously place my fears, worries, anxieties, and burdens in your hands. I know that I have so little power to change the outcome of these events and I trust that you will work what is pleasing to you, and best for me, out of these situations. Forgive me for my anxious thoughts and for letting my own worry become an idol that robs you of my full trust. Strengthen and empower me to trust you more by the power and presence of your Spirit.
