Humble Prayer Partner
Lord, I do not know how much more I can take. I want to be faithful to You and be strong in my faith and never doubt, but I am so discouraged. I thank You for the blessings of shelter and food when we had none. I thank You for the Hope You place in my heart-- it seemed like things were going to finally work out for us. Now, we do not have much food in the house, we do not have basic cleaning supplies, our income will most likely be short next month because my husband probably won't receive BAH because of the semester changed, and living on only $1512 for the whole month (with $825 going toward rent, plus our other bills-- insurance and utilities-- coming out) will not leave us much for food, gas, and personal hygiene items. I am becoming depressed because of our financial situation.
Prayer partners/warriors, please pray that our financial situation improves greatly very soon.
Pray that my husband can get unemployment or Social Security Disability in addition to his Army/Veteran's disability payments.
Pray that either I get back on Social Security Disability / SSI, or that after all these years Vocational Rehab will finally be able to place me in a job, and that I'll have transportation to get to the job and childcare while I'm working, and make enough money after those two things to pay rent and buy groceries for the 4 (soon to be 5) of us.
