Lord, I ask today that I be free from resentment and the bondage of the past. May I let go, knowing that my resentments and past hurts are a major obstacle in my spiritual progress. Lord, I also ask for self-forgiveness, that I begin to break through the bonds of shame and guilt that hold me back from living fully as a man of God. May you bless everyone that I meet today and fill them with your wisdom and compassion.

Holy God and loving Father, I consciously place my fears, worries, anxieties, and burdens in your hands. I know that I have so little power to change the outcome of these events and I trust that you will work what is pleasing to you, and best for me, out of these situations. Forgive me for my anxious thoughts and for letting my own worry become an idol that robs you of my full trust. Strengthen and empower me to trust you more by the power and presence of your Spirit. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen

Father, thank you for  grace for this person, and your mercy is new everyday. I thank you that as a new creation, the old things have indeed passed away, and behold all things are new. Every facet of the old life is buried with Christ and redemption says, free, and salvation declares victory. So I thank you that as this person begins to release from themselves these things that in it's place will be the fruit of the spirit which starts with love. I bless this person with peace. Lord, look upon me with eyes of mercy. May Your healing Spirit rest upon me. It is through Your power that I was created. Since You created me from nothing, You can certainly recreate me. Fill me with the healing power of Your Spirit. May Your life-giving powers flow into every cell of my body and into the depths of my soul. Mend what is broken. Cast out anything that should not be within me. Rebuild my brokenness. Restore my strength for service in Your Kingdom. Touch my soul with Your compassion for others. Touch my heart with Your courage and infinite love for all. Touch my mind with Your wisdom, that my mouth may always proclaim Your praise. Teach me to reach out to You in my need, and help me to lead others to You by my example. Most loving Heart of Jesus, bring my health in body and spirit that I may serve You with all my strength.

Prayer Focus This Week: God I ask in Jesus’ name, today and for always bless me with the desires of my heart that is the will of God for my life. Bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything that You want me to have. Let every desire I have line up to the purpose You created me for. Bless me to prosper, be in excellent health, and cause my soul to continually prosper in the Word of God. God place Your warring angels all around me as a hedge of protection and a wall of fire. Let no weapon form against me ever prosper. Protect me from the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You in this prayer please do the same for all those I love, care about, and the writer of this prayer. And God teach each of us how to love ourselves the way that You do and take care of ourselves for the glory of God. Bless each of us with the spirit of wisdom and excellence in all we do for the glory of God also. God please forever honor this prayer over all our lives. In Jesus’ name, God I ask this of You.
