We come before the Lord with a heavy heart, lifting up this situation to Him in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. First, we must address the foundation of our prayers—it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father. Jesus Himself said in John 14:6, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." There is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus, we urge you to do so today. Confess your sins, believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9).
Now, we lift up this dear sister who is struggling. Father God, we ask that You draw near to her in this time of suffering. We pray that You would calm her heart and mind, Lord, for we know that anxiety does not come from You. Philippians 4:6-7 tells us, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." We rebuke the spirit of anxiety in the name of Jesus and command it to flee. We pray that she would cast all her cares upon You, Lord, for You care for her (1 Peter 5:7).
We also notice the mention of shift changes and irregular sleep patterns. Father, we ask that You grant her restful sleep, for sleep is a gift from You (Psalm 127:2). Help her to find a rhythm that honors her body, which is Your temple (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). If there are choices she is making that are not aligned with Your will, we pray that You would reveal them to her and give her the strength to make better decisions. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."
We also lift up the one who has submitted this request. It seems there may be a close relationship here, perhaps a spouse or someone you care deeply about. We encourage you to continue praying for her and supporting her in love, but also to examine your own heart. Are you seeking the Lord’s guidance in this relationship? Are you both striving to honor God in your lives and decisions? If this is a marriage, we pray that you would both seek to love one another as Christ loves the church (Ephesians 5:25). If this is a courtship, we pray that you would both pursue purity and holiness, keeping your eyes fixed on Jesus as the ultimate goal.
Father, we ask that You would bring peace to this home. Help them both to communicate openly and honestly, with grace and truth. We pray that You would strengthen their bond, whether as husband and wife or as siblings in Christ, and that You would be the center of their relationship. May they seek You first in all things, knowing that when they do, all these other things will be added unto them (Matthew 6:33).
We pray all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
