Servant of All
Thank you Lord for all you have done for us and for all answered prayers.

I know my prayers are very repetitive, but that is because my prayers are what I need. Lord, I need help at work to keep everything simple and not find or have issues in processes, in audits, enrollment or helping anyone. May this week run smoothly with all situations. May everyone I help be respectful and understand the process and be nice. Help keep my job responsibilities simple and that any legislation does not affect them. Help that everyone enrolls correctly, and those that don’t answer our emails quickly and situations are fixed promptly. Help those who need to submit waivers do so promptly this week. May the other departments take the responsibility of issues that they can help with and have them resolved quickly. Let it resolve itself soon and with no issues. Help that others help me in situations which could be problematic.

May new leadership not find fault in my program or what I do. Help me to be liked and that others are nice to me. When we are given more work to do, be it simple and not out of someone taking advantage of us. Keep my current supervisor in place until I retire. If someone is new in a position of leadership above my supervisor, have that person be nice and easy to work with and like the current VP. Help me with anything I might need in regards to my program. Keep my supervisor the same. Keep everything working correctly in my job for the next few years before I retire. Take away any anxiety I have with my job. Help us be able to work from home 100% as decisions are being made by new leadership and companies for our future. Help me complete my work with no issues. Thank you for helping with all the situations which need to be resolved. Watch over our jobs and keep us both employed in our current jobs and safe. Save us both from being let go from our jobs or having our pay cut. Keep us safe in finances and health. Help us be able to retire when we want and that our finances are not hurt by legislation or changing finances in the world. Help us save more for our future and eat better for our health.

Help my family with issues at work giving them anxiety. Help calm my anxiety with finances and show me everything will be ok for us now and in the future.

We pray to you and fear not as you walk with us always. Lord, please help with my health. Help put me on a path to becoming healthier and reducing anxiety. Please heal my depression and anxiety and keep me safe. I fear not as you walk with me always. Help my family with anxiety and depression as well.

Help with our taxes that they are submitted correctly. Help us find an easy solution to fixing our door and that we have no damage from hail during storms. Help us to be able to fix our home and that our foundation doesn’t need to be fixed or not cost a horrible amount to fix. Help keep mold from damaging our home.

Help me be productive with my time off, eat healthier and lose weight and control my blood sugar.

Keep family safe in decisions and the changes going on in their lives. I pray that others keep me in their thoughts and check up on me from time to time.

I pray we receive good news and upcoming doctor appointments throughout this year. I pray you help strengthen a person's heart so it beats normally with normal strength and pressure.

Thank you for answering my prayers and for continuing to always watch over us. I fear not as you are with us always.

We come before the Lord with hearts full of gratitude for His faithfulness and provision, for He alone is worthy of all praise. You have acknowledged His goodness, and we join you in thanking Him for all He has done—both the seen and the unseen. It is right to bring our needs before Him repeatedly, for Jesus Himself taught us to pray persistently, as a child comes to a loving Father. Yet we must always remember that our prayers are not just a list of requests but a conversation with the living God, who knows our needs before we even ask. Most importantly, we come to Him in the name of Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. As Scripture declares, *"There is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus"* (1 Timothy 2:5, WEB). It is by His name—and His name alone—that we pray and receive salvation.

Your requests reveal a heart burdened by many cares—work, health, finances, family, and the uncertainties of the future. We understand how overwhelming these things can feel, but let us remind you of the words of Jesus: *"Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’ ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ ... For your heavenly Father knows the things that you need. But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore don’t be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day’s own evil is sufficient"* (Matthew 6:31-34, WEB). Your Heavenly Father is not unaware of your struggles. He sees, He cares, and He is at work—even when we cannot see it.

We notice that much of your anxiety stems from a desire for control—over your job, your health, your finances, and even the actions of others. But Scripture reminds us that *"in nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus"* (Philippians 4:6-7, WEB). The call here is not just to pray but to *trust*—to release these burdens into the hands of the One who holds all things together. You have asked for smooth processes, favorable leadership, and protection from change, but we must also ask: *Is your trust in the stability of your circumstances, or in the unchanging nature of God?* He may allow challenges to come, not to harm you, but to draw you closer to Him, refining your faith like gold in the fire.

Regarding your work, we pray that God grants you wisdom, favor, and clarity in all you do. *"Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ"* (Colossians 3:23-24, WEB). If your heart is set on pleasing Him rather than seeking the approval of man, you will find peace regardless of leadership changes or workplace challenges. We also gently remind you that while it is good to ask for ease, we must be careful not to pray *only* for comfort. Sometimes God uses difficulties to grow us, to teach us reliance on Him, or to prepare us for what lies ahead. Instead of praying solely for circumstances to remain unchanged, let us pray for the strength, wisdom, and contentment to walk through whatever He allows—knowing that *"all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose"* (Romans 8:28, WEB).

We also lift up your health—both physical and mental. Anxiety and depression are real battles, but they are not without hope in Christ. *"Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness"* (Isaiah 41:10, WEB). We pray that God would lead you to resources, habits, and communities that foster healing. This includes stewarding your body well through nutrition, rest, and movement, but also recognizing that ultimate healing comes from Him. If medication, counseling, or medical intervention is needed, we pray He guides you to the right help. Do not neglect the care of your temple, for *"your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God. You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s"* (1 Corinthians 6:19-20, WEB).

Concerning your finances, we pray for provision and wisdom. *"Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house, and test me now in this,” says Yahweh of Armies, “if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there won’t be room enough for"* (Malachi 3:10, WEB). Are you honoring God with your finances, trusting Him even in tithing and giving? He is faithful to provide when we obey. We also encourage you to seek counsel if needed—whether through financial planning, budgeting, or godly advice—to steward well what He has entrusted to you.

For your family, we pray for peace and protection over their minds and hearts. *"Cast all your anxiety on him, because he cares for you"* (1 Peter 5:7, WEB). May they, too, learn to surrender their worries to the Lord and find rest in His promises. We also lift up the upcoming doctor appointments, praying for good news, skilled hands, and divine intervention where needed. *"Yahweh, you have searched me, and you know me. You know my sitting down and my rising up. You perceive my thoughts from afar. You search out my path and my lying down, and are acquainted with all my ways. For there is not a word on my tongue, but behold, Yahweh, you know it all"* (Psalm 139:1-4, WEB). He knows the needs of your body even before the doctors do.

Finally, we address the closing of your prayer. While you expressed trust in the Lord, we noticed that the name of Jesus was not invoked in your prayer. This is not a small matter, for Jesus Himself said, *"No one comes to the Father, except through me"* (John 14:6, WEB) and *"Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it"* (John 14:13-14, WEB). It is only through the blood of Jesus that we have boldness to approach the throne of grace. Without Him, our prayers are but empty words. We encourage you to always pray in the name of Jesus, for it is by His authority and mediation that we come before God.

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty and holy name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You for Your steadfast love and faithfulness, for You are the same yesterday, today, and forever. Lord, we lift up our brother/sister to You, asking that You would quiet their heart with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Remove the spirit of anxiety and fear, and replace it with a deep, unshakable trust in Your sovereignty.

For their work, Lord, we ask for Your wisdom and favor. Grant them clarity in their tasks, patience in their interactions, and excellence in their duties. May they work as unto You, not for the praise of man. Protect their job, Father, but more importantly, protect their heart from finding security in their position rather than in You. If changes come, prepare them, strengthen them, and use it for Your glory. We pray for godly leadership over them—leaders who are just, kind, and wise. But even if they face difficulty, may they remember that You are their Provider and Protector.

For their health, Lord, we ask for healing—body, mind, and spirit. You know the depths of their struggles with anxiety and depression. Comfort them, Father, and lead them to the help they need. Give them discipline to care for their body as Your temple, making choices that honor You. We pray for their upcoming doctor appointments—may the results bring clarity and hope, and may the doctors be guided by Your wisdom.

For their finances, we ask for provision and wisdom. Help them to be good stewards of what You have given, trusting You even in the unknown. Protect their home from damage, their savings from loss, and their future from fear. Remind them that their security is in You alone, not in their bank account or circumstances.

Father, we also pray for their family. Draw each one closer to You, that they may find their peace in Christ. Bind them together in love and support, and let them be a source of encouragement to one another.

Lastly, Lord, we pray that they would grow deeper in their relationship with You. Strip away any reliance on their own strength or understanding, and teach them to lean fully on You. May they pray boldly in the name of Jesus, knowing that it is only through Him that we have access to Your throne.

We rebuke the spirits of fear, anxiety, and control that have taken root. By the authority of Jesus Christ, we command these spirits to flee, and we ask You, Holy Spirit, to fill every empty space with Your peace and truth. Let our brother/sister walk in the freedom and joy of Your presence, knowing that You are working all things for their good and Your glory.

In the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
