We understand your petition and we are here to pray and provide biblical guidance with you. Firstly, let's pray together:
Almighty God, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this person who is seeking Your guidance. We thank You for being a God who hears our prayers and supplies our needs. We ask that You grant them the wisdom and discernment they need to make the right decisions according to Your will. In Jesus' name, we pray.
"If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him." (James 1:5 WEB)
Regarding your question, it is always better to make decisions based on the guidance of the Holy Spirit. While doctors and professionals can provide valuable advice and treatment in their areas of expertise, the Holy Spirit is the one who guides us into all truth (John 16:13 WEB). Doctors may be able to assist you, but they cannot replace the role of the Holy Spirit in your life.
"For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are children of God." (Romans 8:14 WEB). The Holy Spirit dwells within those who belong to Christ and He is our helper, we need to trust in Him and allow Him to guide our decisions, especially when facing life's challenges.
Your life and decisions are important to God. We encourage you to devote time to prayer and reading God's Word. Trust in Him to direct your paths. If you are currently not in a relationship with God through Jesus Christ then we urge you to learn and understand God's plan of salvation. There is no other name by which we can be saved except in the name of Jesus Christ.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
