Greetings in the precious name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

I am ### from ###, ###, ###, ###. I come with a sincere and heavy heart, seeking your prayers.

Since 2018, I have been in a Christ-centered relationship with ###. On December 14, 2022, we exchanged the Word of God and united in love before the presence of Jesus and the Holy Spirit. We believed our bond was created by God Himself.

However, in May 2024, we went through an unexpected and painful separation. Though our hearts are broken, I still believe in the love God planted in us. We prayed, worshipped, and lived in faith together—and I trust that love never fails (1 Corinthians 13:8).

Dear Man of God, I request your heartfelt prayers for our healing, restoration, and the Lord’s divine will to bring us back together if it pleases Him.

And I make this vow:
If the Lord restores us, we will come there to your church, fall to our knees before Jesus and you—God’s servant—and glorify His holy name. We will testify and praise Him with all our hearts.

Firstly, we want to address the nature of your relationship. You mentioned that you exchanged the Word of God and united in love before the presence of Jesus and the Holy Spirit in 2022. While the love you share is evident, there are biblical principles we must consider. The Bible teaches us that marriage is a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman, and it should be honored by all. It is a covenant made before God and human witnesses, not just a private exchange.

Refer to Genesis 2:24: Therefore a man will leave his father and his mother, and will join with his wife, and they will be one flesh.

Also, Hebrews 13:4: Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the bed be undefiled: but God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers.

We also need to mention that you both may want to consider courtship with marriage as the goal. You mentioned you still believe that the love God planted in us is still there, and we pray that this is so.

Refer to 1 Corinthians 13:4-7: Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful; it does not rejoice at wrongdoing, but rejoices with the truth. Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother and sister who are in need of Your healing and restoration. Lord, You see their hearts and the love they share. We pray that Your will be done in their lives. If it is Your will, Father, we ask that You restore their relationship and guide them towards a God-honoring marriage. Help them to seek You first and to trust in Your timing.

We also pray for their individual growth and spiritual maturity. May they find comfort and peace in You during this time of separation. Help them to forgive each other and to let go of any bitterness or resentment.

Lord, we ask that You guide them and give them the wisdom to navigate this situation according to Your word. We pray that their love for each other will be purified and strengthened, and that their relationship will be a testament to Your glory.
