We hear your cry for help and desperation, and we come before the Lord with you in this time of great need. First, we must address that our help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth, not from angels. While angels are ministering spirits sent to serve those who will inherit salvation (Hebrews 1:14), it is God alone who holds all power and authority. We do not pray to or ask angels for help, we pray to God in the name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life, and no one comes to the Father except through Him (John 14:6).

You mentioned that this situation feels like your fault, and we want to gently remind you that God is full of mercy and forgiveness. If there is sin in your life that you have not confessed, now is the time to do so. The Bible tells us, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9). Take this burden to the Lord, and He will lift it from you. You do not have to carry the weight of guilt, Jesus already bore it on the cross.

Now, let us pray together for your home and your situation:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this dear one who is in desperate need of Your intervention. Lord, You see the state of their home, the sinking foundation, and the drainage issues that threaten to bring even more hardship. You are the God who restores, who makes all things new, and who provides for Your children in their time of need. We ask, Father, that You would send skilled and honest workers to help repair and restore this home. Provide the resources, the wisdom, and the means to fix what is broken, both physically and spiritually.

Lord, we confess that we do not know all the circumstances that led to this situation, but we trust in Your sovereignty. You are a God who works all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28). We ask that You would open doors for provision, for favor with those who can help, and for peace to fill this home. Remove any fear, anxiety, or despair, and replace it with Your perfect peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).

Father, we also pray for this dear one’s heart. They have taken responsibility for what has happened, and we ask that You would help them release any guilt or shame that is not from You. Remind them of Your grace and mercy, and help them to walk in the freedom that comes from knowing You. If there are areas of their life that need repentance, reveal them, Lord, and lead them into Your light.

We declare that this home will be restored, not by the strength of man or the intervention of angels, but by the power of Your mighty hand. You are the God who parted the Red Sea, who brought water from the rock, and who calms the storm with a word. Nothing is too hard for You (Jeremiah 32:27). We trust You to provide a way where there seems to be no way.

Lord, we also ask that You would draw this dear one closer to You during this time. May they seek Your face, Your will, and Your wisdom above all else. Help them to trust in You with all their heart and lean not on their own understanding (Proverbs 3:5-6). Surround them with Your presence, and let them feel Your love and care in tangible ways.

We pray all of this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the name above every name, the name by which we are saved and through which we have access to the Father. May Your will be done in this situation, and may Your name be glorified. Amen.

Now, let us offer some practical and biblical encouragement. First, begin to seek the Lord diligently in prayer and in His Word. The Bible tells us, "Seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well" (Matthew 6:33). This does not mean that God will give you everything you want, but it does mean that He will provide for your needs as you trust in Him.

Next, reach out to your local church or Christian community for support. The body of Christ is called to bear one another’s burdens (Galatians 6:2), and there may be people in your life who can offer practical help, wisdom, or even financial assistance. Do not be afraid to ask for help, God often works through His people.

If you are not already, begin tithing and giving to the Lord’s work. This may seem counterintuitive when you are in need, but the Bible tells us, "Give, and it will be given to you: good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over, will be given to you. For with the same measure you measure it will be measured back to you" (Luke 6:38). Trust God with your finances, and watch how He provides.

Finally, take practical steps to address the issues with your home. Seek out professionals who can assess the damage and provide estimates for repairs. Pray for wisdom and discernment as you make decisions, and trust that God will guide you. The Bible says, "Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this" (Psalm 37:5).

We also want to gently address the mention of "competent angels." While angels are real and do serve God’s purposes, we must be careful not to elevate them above their proper place in Scripture. Colossians 2:18 warns us, "Let no one rob you of your prize by a voluntary humility and worshiping of the angels, dwelling in the things which he has not seen, vainly puffed up by his fleshly mind." Our focus should always be on Jesus, who is the author and perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2). He is the one who intercedes for us, and it is through His name alone that we have access to the Father.

If you have been seeking help from any source other than God, whether it be angels, other spiritual beings, or even well-meaning but misguided practices, we encourage you to repent and turn fully to Jesus. He is the only mediator between God and man (1 Timothy 2:5), and He alone is worthy of our worship and trust.

You are not alone in this struggle. The Lord sees you, He hears you, and He is working on your behalf. Keep your eyes on Him, and do not lose heart. The psalmist writes, "I would have despaired unless I had believed that I would see the goodness of Yahweh in the land of the living. Wait for Yahweh. Be strong, and let your heart take courage. Yes, wait for Yahweh" (Psalm 27:13-14). Hold on to hope, and trust that God is moving even when you cannot see it. We will continue to stand with you in prayer, believing that God will bring restoration and peace to your home and your heart.

We hear the fear in your words, and we’re so sorry you’re facing this. When the ground beneath us literally shifts, it’s easy to spiral into panic and self-blame. But please hear this: you are not defined by this disaster, and you don’t have to carry all the guilt you’re heaping on yourself. Homes have hidden problems, drainage fails, and a hundred factors outside your control could be at work. Blaming yourself won’t help you take the next right step, and that’s what matters now.

You asked, “who do i ask?” That’s a good, practical question. Start small: is there a neighbor, a coworker, or someone from your church family you could call today just to say “I’m in over my head and need a name”? Even a local hardware store or building supply counter often knows honest contractors who handle drainage and foundation work. If you have homeowner’s insurance, your agent might guide you on what’s covered and refer a trusted professional. You don’t have to solve it all at once, maybe just one phone call today to break the isolation.

Fear makes everything feel like it must be fixed instantly, but you can pause, breathe, and take one bite at a time. God sees you right there in that sinking house, and He isn’t keeping score of your mistakes. We’re praying He sends you the skilled, honest help you need, the kind of person you called an “angel”, and that He steadies your heart in the meantime.

Jesus, please surround our friend with Your peace that doesn’t make sense in the middle of chaos. Put the right person in their path, someone with integrity and know-how to assess this home and guide the next steps. Give them clarity, small wins, and the courage to reach out. Lift the weight of false guilt and replace it with hope. In Your name, Amen.

You feel it all giving way beneath you, not only the ground under your house, but the ground under your heart. And you look at the cracks in the walls and the water where it shouldn’t be, and a voice inside says, This is your doing. You should have known. You should have done better. And now you don’t even know which way to turn or whose door to knock on.

I want you to stop a minute. Not to make light of the trouble, for it is heavy and real, but to hear a quieter voice underneath all the accusing noise. Your house may be sinking, but you are not sinking beyond the reach of mercy. The Lord Jesus is not standing at a distance, waiting for you to tidy up the mess before you call on Him. He comes nearest when things are most desperate. Have you ever noticed that? When a poor father cried out about his demon-possessed boy and the disciples could do nothing, Jesus came down from the mountain and walked straight into the chaos. No scolding, no demand that the man explain how it all happened. Just tender, sovereign help. And He has not changed. He still draws near to the broken and the bewildered.

You ask, “Who do I ask? Help me, please.” That is already a prayer, and it is the right one, aimed in the right direction. You do not need a special messenger or some secret name to whisper. You need the One who hears the simplest cry. You have been asking the Lord to have mercy, and that is the very thing He delights to give. You may feel your words are all jumbled and your faith is small, but a child’s stammering reaches the Father’s heart faster than the fine speeches of the self-assured. He knows what you meant before you said it.

And here is something I want you to hold onto: the Lord restores what is broken in such a way that it becomes as though the ruin had never happened. I am not saying the cracks will vanish overnight or that the drainage will fix itself. But I am saying that when God undertakes for a soul, He does not merely patch things up, He makes all things new. He can bring you into such a safe and settled place that you will look back on this panic and see only His faithfulness. You may have made mistakes. You may have been careless or foolish. I will not argue with you about that, because it is not the point. The point is that Jesus receives sinners. He does not stand at the door with a list of qualifications. He stands with open arms.

And think of this: you are not the first to come to Him with a sinking house and a sinking heart. The psalmist knew what it was to feel the foundations give way. Yet he ran to the one Foundation that can never be removed. The Word of God, the promises of God, the blood of Christ, these are bedrock. On the surface, everything may quake, but underneath there is solid ground that holds fast when all else crumbles. You can lay your whole weight on it.

Even your feeling of guilt can be turned into a plea. You say, “Lord, I have been foolish. I have failed. I don’t know what to do.” That is the kind of honest confession that reaches the throne. The Lord does not despise it. He bends low to hear it. And because Christ has already borne the punishment for every failure, you may come boldly and ask for help, not as a criminal begging off, but as a child running home.

So do this for me. Go quietly before the Lord and tell Him plainly what you have told me. Tell Him you do not know what to do. Tell Him the house is sinking and you are sorry for whatever part you played in it. And then ask Him to undertake. Ask Him to send the right help, to open the right doors, to make a way where you see none. He is not reluctant. He will not scowl at you. His heart is tender, and His ear is open.

---

Lord Jesus, this dear one is in deep waters and feels the ground giving way. You know the anxiety, the shame, the fear. You see the house and the drainage and the sinking, but more than that, You see the sinking heart. Come near, we pray. Stretch out Your hand and steady what is shaking. Send the help that is needed, wise hands, honest work, provision that comes from unexpected places. And in the waiting, give peace that does not depend on circumstances. Take away the sting of self-reproach and replace it with childlike trust. Let this trouble become a window through which Your kindness shines brighter than ever. We ask it in Your name, Jesus, who never leaves the desperate to sink. Amen.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We are deeply moved by your heartfelt cry for help and are so grateful you entrusted us with your burden. It has been on our hearts to stand in the gap for you and your home, lifting up your plea for restoration—both for the physical structure that shelters you and for the peace and stability that come from above. We have prayed fervently, asking our Heavenly Father to send His wisdom, provision, and even His angels to intervene on your behalf, just as you requested. We’ve asked Him to guide your steps, open doors to competent help, and soften the hearts of those who may be able to assist with the drainage and repairs your home so desperately needs.

We also want to remind you that the Lord hears the cries of the repentant and the broken. Your humility in acknowledging your part in this situation is a beautiful reflection of a heart that seeks Him, and we believe He honors that. The weight of guilt or uncertainty about what to do next can feel overwhelming, but we’ve prayed that the Holy Spirit would fill you with His comfort, clarity, and direction. You are not alone in this, and we’ve asked God to surround you with people who can offer practical help and godly counsel.

If the Lord has already begun to move in your situation—whether through a breakthrough in finding help, a financial provision, or even a sense of His peace in the midst of the storm—we would love to hear about it. Your praise report could be an encouragement to so many others who are facing similar struggles. But if the answer hasn’t come yet, or if the situation still feels just as heavy, please don’t hesitate to post this request again. We are committed to continuing to stand with you in prayer, believing with you for complete restoration.

Above all, we pray that you would feel the nearness of Jesus in this trial. May He remind you of His promises, strengthen your faith, and lead you step by step into His perfect will. We declare His peace over your home, your heart, and your future, trusting that He is working even when we cannot see it. We love praying for you, and we do so in the powerful and precious name of Jesus. Amen.
