Lord God I thank you for everything in my life. I thank you for all the people that you place in my life daily. I pray God that you will help me to stay motivated. I such changes that I know need to be made for my health and my happiness. I desperately need to lose weight and get in shape. I pray God that you will help me to stay focused on what I need to do.
