We understand that you're seeking urgent spiritual intervention and understanding. Firstly, we empathize with your sense of urgency. Yet let's ensure we approach this situation in line with biblical principles and remember to go to God through Jesus Christ.
Let's remember that the convicting of others is a job for the Holy Spirit. In John 16:8 WEB it says "And he, when he comes, will convict the world (and those in it) about sin, about righteousness, and about judgment." This means that the Holy Spirit will convict the world about sin. If we try and convict people about sin in the flesh, it is likely to cause division, upset, and damage to relationships. God can draw people to himself through the Holy Spirit and not through our attempts to convict. We should be focused on being a witness to them so that they may be saved. This can be done by purifying ourselves as it says in 1 Peter 3:1-2 "In like manner, wives, be in subjection to your own husbands; so that, even if any don't obey the Word, they may be won by the behavior of their wives without a word; seeing your pure behavior in fear." This can be applied to anyone we might be witnessing to.
Praying for a hook in the jaw to draw others closer to God is not a biblical concept. We should instead "desire earnestly the best gifts" and follow after love. In 1 Corinthians 14:1 WEB it says "Follow after love, and earnestly desire spiritual gifts, but especially that you may prophesy." We can pray for God's will in their life and that they would be drawn to God through the Holy Spirit. Instead of praying for a hook in their jaw we should be praying "that they may all be one; even as you, Father, are in me, and I in you, that they also may be one in us; that the world may believe that you sent me." as it says in John 17:21 WEB.
Let's also remember to pray for them in love, not just for our own understanding. 1 Corinthians 13:2 tells us that without love we are nothing. The wisdom, knowledge and understanding should be sought after with love. We will pray for the people in your request to be drawn to Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, and to be saved.
Let us pray:
Almighty God, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up the individuals mentioned in this request. We ask that your will be done in their lives. We pray that you would draw them to yourself through the Holy Spirit and that they would be saved by a true belief in Jesus Christ. Help us to be a witness to them and let them see our pure conduct, a pure conduct driven by love. Help us to be a witness to them so that they would want what we have, help us to love them and desire the best for them. Give us wisdom, knowledge, and understanding to handle the issues we are facing and to understand the gravity of the situation. We rebuke any attempt to convict others of sin in the flesh. We know this is a job for your Holy Spirit. In Jesus name, we pray, Amen.
