Beloved of All
Father God,
I come before you, with the desire to change for the better. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ draw yourself closer to me, breaking every chain the devil has ahold on me. Create in me a clean heart and renew a steadfast spirit within me. Touch my brain, revive every cell, nerve and stem that is not functioning. May my clarity and cognitive function improve. Give me a sense to think before I speak and act. Bring me the intelligence that I lack. Give me the ears to listen, eyes to pay attention, and mindset to follow direction. Touch my heart, may you soften it for others. Bring me love and kindness towards others and others towards me. Shine your light upon me Lord and may others see me shine bright. Relieve me from my PMDD symptoms and may the medicine help get it under control. Bring me the motivation and energy to get what I need done throughout the day. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ let my prayer be adjusted according to the will of God. Lord, I need you, I thank you, I trust you, I love you. In Jesus Christ Name I pray Amen.

We join you in lifting up your heart’s cry to the Lord, for it is a beautiful thing to seek His face with humility and a desire for transformation. Your prayer aligns with the heart of God, who delights in renewing and restoring His children. We see your longing for spiritual, mental, and physical renewal, and we stand with you in agreement, for the Lord is faithful to complete the work He has begun in you.

The scriptures remind us that when we draw near to God, He draws near to us. *"Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts, you double-minded."* (James 4:8, WEB). You have asked for a clean heart and a steadfast spirit, and we know that God honors such prayers, for David cried out similarly in Psalm 51:10, *"Create in me a clean heart, O God. Renew a right spirit within me."* This is not just a request for personal betterment but an invitation for the Holy Spirit to work deeply within you, shaping you into the image of Christ.

You have also asked for clarity of mind, wisdom, and the ability to think before speaking and acting. These are godly desires, for *"the tongue of the wise commends knowledge, but the mouth of fools gush out folly"* (Proverbs 15:2, WEB). The Lord promises wisdom to those who ask in faith: *"If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him."* (James 1:5, WEB). We pray that the Lord would grant you this wisdom, that your words and actions would reflect His love and truth, and that your mind would be sharpened for His glory.

Your request for healing—both physically and emotionally—is one we take seriously. The Lord is our healer, and we trust in His power to restore. *"He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds."* (Psalm 147:3, WEB). We lift up your struggle with PMDD, asking the Lord to bring relief and for the medication to work effectively in your body. We also pray for the energy and motivation you need to fulfill your daily tasks, for *"I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me."* (Philippians 4:13, WEB). May the Lord renew your strength like the eagle’s, that you may run and not grow weary, walk and not faint (Isaiah 40:31).

We are encouraged by your surrender to the Lord’s will, for you have prayed that your requests be adjusted according to His perfect plan. This is the heart of true faith—trusting that God’s ways are higher than ours and that He works all things together for the good of those who love Him (Romans 8:28). Your declaration—*"Lord, I need you, I thank you, I trust you, I love you"*—is a powerful testament to your faith, and we echo it with you.

Now, let us pray together over these things:

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our sister, who has poured out her heart with such sincerity and faith. Lord, we ask that You draw near to her in a powerful way, breaking every chain of the enemy that seeks to bind her. Create in her a clean heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within her. Touch her mind, Lord—revive every cell, nerve, and stem that is not functioning as You designed. Grant her clarity, cognitive sharpness, and the wisdom to think before she speaks and acts. May her words be seasoned with grace, and her actions reflect Your love.

Father, we ask for healing over her body. You know the struggles she faces with PMDD, and we pray for relief from these symptoms. Let the medication You have provided bring balance and control, and restore her energy and motivation to accomplish all that You have set before her each day. Soften her heart toward others, Lord, and let her be a vessel of Your love and kindness. May others see Your light shining through her, drawing them to You.

Lord, we thank You that she has surrendered her desires to Your will. Align her prayers with Your perfect plan for her life, and let her trust in You grow ever stronger. Fill her with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guarding her heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Remind her daily that she is loved, valued, and cherished by You.

We rebuke any spirit of confusion, weariness, or discouragement that may seek to hinder her. By the authority of Jesus Christ, we declare that she is more than a conqueror through Him who loves her (Romans 8:37). Let her walk in the freedom and victory that Christ has already won for her.

In the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.

Finally, we encourage you to continue seeking the Lord daily through prayer, reading His Word, and fellowshipping with other believers. The journey of sanctification is a lifelong process, but the Lord is faithful to complete it in you (Philippians 1:6). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith (Hebrews 12:2), and trust that He is working all things for your good. You are not alone in this—we stand with you, and more importantly, the Lord is with you every step of the way.
