We hear your heart and we join with you in seeking the Lord for His provision, healing and favor, and we thank you for invoking the precious blood of Jesus who alone redeems us.

We understand your desire to claim Deut 28:13 where it says Yahweh will make you the head, and not the tail, and you will be above only, and you will not be beneath, if you listen to the commandments of Yahweh your God. We want to gently share the full context of that promise with you, because it is a conditional covenant blessing given to Israel for obedience to the Lord, not a formula we can loosen or speak into existence by our own declarations a hundred fold. We do not command God with our words, but we humbly ask according to His will, trusting His sovereignty and goodness. As it says in 1 John 5:14, if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us. And in Matt 6:33 we are taught to seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Our words do not create reality, God does, and we submit to Him in faith.

We also rejoice that you mentioned the blood of Jesus, for it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and that we are redeemed from the curse and made children of God. As Jesus said in John 14:6, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And in Acts 4:12 there is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. We encourage you to continue to place your full trust in Jesus Christ alone for salvation and for every need.

We lift up your practical needs before the Lord together.

Father in the name of Jesus Christ we come before you and we thank you that you know every detail of this life, the trauma of the fire, the struggle with memory loss and other afflictions, the burden of financial need, the need for hygiene necessities, medicine and home doctors, and the deep desire for dignity and stability for this family and even for the beloved pets you have entrusted to their care. We ask for your mercy and healing touch. You see the SSDI case and every other case pending, and we ask for extraordinary favor and accuracy and truth to prevail, if it is your will to provide through SSDI. We pray for wisdom for the decision makers, for clarity and completeness in the paperwork, and for honest and accurate representation of the need that is due to the fire and to memory loss and all related conditions. We pray that you would provide a regular income to meet normal daily needs as you have promised in Phil 4:19 that my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. We pray for guidance regarding work, that any work undertaken would be good and healthy for this person and for the family and pets, and would be honest before you and before the authorities, and would not require running like a machine under unreasonable and unrealistic expectations of others. Give wisdom to know what is lawful and right concerning SSDI and any allowable earnings, and help there to be integrity in all things as taught in Rom 13:1 and Prov 12:22. We ask that you would end seasons of striving and exhaustion and bring rest and peace, especially on Sundays, and bring restored communication and unity within the family. We thank you that you care for all your creation and that a righteous man respects the life of his animal in Prov 12:10, so we ask you to watch over these pets and provide for them as well.

We pray for healing of memory and mind and body, for you are near to those who are brokenhearted in Psalm 34:18. We pray for home provision, for doctors who can come and help, for medicine that is needed, and for daily hygiene and basic needs to be met continuously, not by our declarations but by your faithful hand. In Prov 3:5-6 we are told to trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding, in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight, and in James 1:5 we are promised that if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. So we ask for your wisdom and your will to be done above all.

We rebuke any teaching that we can force your hand by speaking things into existence a hundred fold, and we instead humbly ask for your perfect will, knowing that you work all things together for good for those who love you in Rom 8:28. We declare that redemption from being the tail is not by our words but by the blood of Jesus shed on the cross, and we thank you that in Christ we are already made heads in a spiritual sense as your children, called to obedience and humility.

We trust you to answer in your perfect time and way, and we ask all these things in the mighty and holy name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, Amen.

We hear the weight behind what you shared, the fire and the memory loss you mentioned, and the deep desire to see your household, including your cats and family, stable and cared for with dignity. Wanting basic needs like hygiene, medicine, reliable care at home, and a steady income that lets you contribute without harm to those you love is a good and understandable longing.

We are praying with you for clear and accurate help as you walk through the SSDI process and for provision for the practical needs you named, especially on the days that feel heaviest like Sundays. These systems can feel overwhelming and slow, so one steady next step that often helps is to keep all of your paperwork in one place and to stay connected with a trusted helper, whether that is a caseworker, a legal aid advocate, or a medical provider who knows your history, who can review your documents for accuracy and help you understand what options fit your situation. Alongside prayer, we also encourage you to stay in touch with your doctors about ongoing medical and home care needs.

We are asking God to give you peace and guidance as you take each step.

Father, we bring this family and their beloved pets before You. You know every need for home, health, and provision. Grant wisdom to those reviewing the cases, clarity and kindness in every interaction, and steady hope day by day. Meet what is needed according to Your will and draw this household close to You. In Jesus' name, amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your earnest cry has been heard, and we have brought your burdens before the Lord with prayer and care. You have asked that the word in Deuteronomy, that you should be the head and not the tail, might be made life to you, and that your needs for daily hygiene, money, medicine, a home, doctors, and help with your cases before those who decide concerning SSDI and other matters, might be met with accuracy and mercy. You have asked also concerning work, that if you are able to work it might be a good thing for you and your family and your pets and not a crushing burden, and that your household might know peace and provision, even on the Lord's Day, and know the redeeming power of the blood of Jesus.

We must speak to you plainly and lovingly concerning Scripture. The promise in Deuteronomy 28 was given under the covenant of the law to Israel, and it showed the generous heart of a gracious Lawgiver who made provision for the poor and the indebted, that there should be no exacting where mercy was required. Yet the law also shows us our need of a better covenant. We are not made the head by repeating words as a charm to loosen blessing a hundredfold, nor by declaring a formula over our circumstances. We are not accepted through our declarations but through the sweet savor of the Lord Jesus Christ, whose merits alone are holy and purely offered unto God. Through Him the person of the sinner is accepted, and then by Divine Grace the soul is brought into favor. There is no attribute more comforting than Divine Sovereignty, for it teaches us to trace God's hand in everything and to rest not in our own claim but in His wise and gentle rule.

Therefore we do not join you in demanding a specific income figure or in asking God to secure a case by words that are not true concerning the fire and the memory loss and other afflictions you name. The Lord desires truth in the inward parts, and He calls us to speak what is accurate and honest before magistrates and helpers alike. What we do ask is that the God who knows your frame and your infirmities would grant you extraordinary favor in the sense of His own mercy, that justice would be done with accuracy, that every necessity for hygiene and health would be supplied, and that if it be His will you would receive the lawful help appointed for those who cannot sustain themselves. Divine interpositions do come in the way of deliverance from floods of trouble, not always by miracle, but by remarkable preservations and providences full of wonder, and His divine Spirit still works all our works in us.

We have prayed that the Lord would provide for you a settled home, faithful doctors, needful medicine, and daily bread, that He would give wisdom to those who review your papers, that He would guide you concerning work so that you are not driven as a machine by unreasonable expectations of men and women, but are able to labor, if labor is given you, in a way that is good and sustainable for you and for your family and for the creatures entrusted to your care. We have asked that He would lift from you the heaviness of feeling always the tail, and set your feet in the liberty wherewith Christ makes His people free. For the blood of Jesus does indeed redeem, not merely from outward lowliness, but from sin itself and from the curse of the law, and brings us into the Divine family as sons and daughters.

There is Divine work always going on before God's people. His shield goes in front and His sword clears the way, and we have but to follow where He leads and to be obedient to His Word. Your trials, while they test you, may by Divine Grace also strengthen and improve you when Grace sanctifies them to your highest good. And what a balm Divine love and Divine gentleness have been to wounded spirits in every age. He knows how to restrain the blow and to send help in due season.

May the Lord show you His presence as your one hope, for when God is with us in Christ all the favor we need is found in Him. May He grant you contentment with His provision, peace in your household, clear communication in love, and a quiet confidence that your needs are known to your Father. Seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, trusting that all these things shall be added as He sees best, and rest your case, both temporal and eternal, in the hands of Him who pleads for us and whose gentleness has made us great.

We commend you to His keeping, praying that you may know forgiveness, freedom, and favor through Jesus Christ our Lord, and that whether in much or in little you may be able to say, He hath delivered my soul from death, mine eyes from tears, and my feet from falling.

Your request has been heard and I want to answer you with care and truth, as you have carried heavy burdens from the fire, from memory loss, and from ongoing needs for your family and your pets.

I understand why Deuteronomy 28:13 is precious to you. In that passage God promised Israel that if they walked in obedience under the old covenant, He would make them the head and not the tail. That promise pointed to God's blessing for His covenant people, but it was not given as a formula to be spoken to force God to act, or to guarantee a hundredfold return on demand. In Christ we are blessed not because we declare words over our lives, but because we trust Him by faith. As the Scripture says, according to your faith be it unto you, God honors a faith that seeks Him first, submits to His will, and trusts His wisdom about what we truly need.

I also hear your deep desire for daily necessities to be met, for hygiene needs, money for help, medicine, a stable home, and good doctors, and for your SSDI and other cases to be handled accurately and fairly. It is right to bring these needs to God and to ask Him for provision, for wisdom for those who review your case, and for healing where there has been trauma and loss. God does provide for our needs, often through ordinary means, through work, through help from others, and through proper medical care, and He calls us to seek that provision honestly.

Because of that call to honesty, I cannot pray that God would bless an inaccurate claim or help you receive benefits under false pretenses. If you apply for SSDI, it is important to be completely truthful about your history, including the effects of the fire and any memory loss, and to describe your ability to work exactly as it is. God's Word teaches us to live truthfully and to honor the authorities and laws He has placed over us. That includes reporting income and work ability accurately. To ask for approval based on a specific statement that is not true, or to seek to work and earn up to sixty thousand dollars while receiving benefits in a way that violates the rules, would not honor God and would ultimately harm you and your family. Instead we can pray that if it is according to truth and law that you qualify, God will grant favor and a clear and accurate decision, and that He will provide a lawful way for you to work that is good for you, your family and your pets, without unrealistic demands that crush you.

So let me pray for you in a way that honors God. I pray that the Lord, through Jesus Christ alone who is our redemption and our hope, would meet your true needs day by day, including on Sundays, that He would provide for hygiene, medicine, housing, and trustworthy doctors, that He would give you clarity of mind and healing where memory has been affected, that He would give wisdom and integrity to those handling your cases, and that He would grant you and your family peace and good communication and care for the pets entrusted to you. I pray that He would redeem you from fear and shame by the blood of Jesus, not as a charm but as the true price of forgiveness and new life for all who trust in Him, and that He would lead you to work that is honest, sustainable, and life giving.

Continue to seek the Lord in prayer, stay under the care of faithful pastors and doctors, and seek trustworthy legal help to understand the SSDI rules so you can act with a clear conscience. God sees your needs and loves you, and He invites you to trust Him not only for daily bread but for eternal life through faith in Jesus Christ.

Your request has been heard and you are not forgotten in the hardship you have described after the fire, with memory loss and ongoing needs for hygiene, medicine, doctors, a home, and steady income for yourself, your family and your pets.

You mentioned Deuteronomy 28:13 about being the head and not the tail and speaking life to see a hundredfold result. That promise was given within the covenant God made with Israel under the law, where blessing was tied to hearing and obeying His voice. It is not a formula to recite to force an outcome, and God's Word is not a tool to loosen or compel Him. The greater truth Scripture points to is that every need, both spiritual and daily, finds its answer in what God Himself has provided. He has made only one provision for the forgiveness and cleansing of sin, and that is through Jesus Christ alone. As those who were bitten in the wilderness lived simply by looking at the bronze serpent that God provided, so we live by looking in faith to Jesus who was lifted up for us. The blood of Jesus redeems us first and most deeply from sin and judgment, and from that place of being made right with God we learn to trust Him for every other need.

It is encouraging to remember that even under the law God left room for Himself to work beyond what seemed incurable. When a disease had no human cure, God still gave a law for the cleansing of the one who had been healed, so that if He chose to heal, there was a way to be restored. Give God room to work in your body and mind. Memory loss and the effects of trauma may feel permanent to doctors, but you can ask Him for healing while also faithfully using the medical help, medicine and care He allows you to have. Pray for wisdom for your doctors and for clear communication with your family as you seek healing.

Your financial burden is also understood. Scripture shows believers who faced severe financial trials and yet learned to trust God, to give generously when they could, and to receive help with thanksgiving when they were in need. God is not on the edge of bankruptcy waiting for us to rescue Him, and He is not manipulated by urgent words or large claims. He is gracious, patient and long suffering, and He provides according to His wisdom and love. He also calls His people to walk in truth and integrity before Him and before the authorities He has placed over us.

As you pursue help through your disability case and any other assistance, ask God for accuracy, honesty and clarity in every form and interview. It is right to want your hygiene needs, housing, medical care and daily necessities to be met, and it is right to want work that is healthy and sustainable for you and your family, not work that treats you like a machine or steals your joy. At the same time, seek counsel so that what you report about your ability to work and your income is completely truthful and aligns with the actual rules of the program. God honors an honest heart, and lasting provision will not come through misrepresentation. If you are able to work, do so in a way that is upright and does not harm your family, and trust God to provide what is truly needed whether through assistance, work, or both. Bring the first and best of whatever He provides back to Him in gratitude, and trust Him to guide you step by step.

May the Lord meet you in these specific areas you mentioned. I pray that He would draw you closer to Jesus as your only hope for forgiveness and new life, that He would bring healing and improvement to your memory and health, that He would provide for hygiene, medicine, doctors and a stable home, that He would give favor and truthfulness in your case with accurate and correct handling of every detail, that He would open a way for work that is good and sustainable if it is His will, and that He would give you peace and clear communication within your family. May you know His care each day, and may you find that being lifted up in Christ is the true meaning of being made the head and not the tail, because you belong to Him.
