Let me explain my situation, and why I am requesting someone to say a prayer for my situation.
I am searching the phillippine islands for my amerasian son, whom I have never met. He is 17 years old. I was in the US Navy, and was stationed tdy on NAS Cubi Pt in 1992, during the withdrawl of the last US forces in November. I was just a young kid (19 yo) when I met his mother, and I am sure that everyone reading these words has done something that they deeply regret doing when they were a know-it-all kid. Its only later in life that you realize that you didn't know 1/2 of everything you thought you did at the time.
I had every intention of relocating both my son and his mother to be with me, but one thing led to another, and we lost touch. I regret very much losing contact with them, and have wished everyday to be able to go back to 11/1992 and done something about getting both of them out of there, but God doesn't work that way as we all know.
I have a very strong faith, and know, without a doubt, that if one puts the problems in one's life into the hands of God they have nothing to fear, and everything will turn out according to God's will. I also belive that all things are possible with God, and that he has a plan for each of us.
(No, I am not asking for Him to send me back to 11/1992, or for Him to send me a time machine.........LOL). What I am asking for is someone to say a prayer that they be found, and that I have a chance to meet my son, if he wants to meet me. I have some people on the ground in the PI who are searching for them, so please say a prayer for us to find them. Thank You.
