Loneliness

Right now I’m feeling so lonely within this world. I don’t have many people within my life and the only person who cared about me is now ignoring me. The last thing I would ever do is say something or do something to hurt her or make her feel uncomfortable.

I really like to find out, if everything is alright between us. Even if she sends brief email or appears online briefly, so I know everything is alright. I would like god to intervene in the situation so we can build more trust and that solid friendship upon the bedrock.

Dear Lord - you move in mysterious ways and I ask that you will be near to Ivan during this difficult time. Please comfort him and allow this friendship to develop.

Lord of mercy and grace, I touch Ivan's prayer today. Lord, it is easy to misread people's intentions at times. I pray your hand upon his prayer. May there just be a misunderstanding. Lord, let Ivan make many new friends here on this prayer site. May he get acquainted and enjoy the spirit of friendship that we all share here. I stand in agreement with all these prayers: I pray that each and every believer on this board rallies to Ivan and extends their hands in friendship and love. But I'm praying even more urgently for what's REALLY needed, LORD, and that is...

I beg of You, Jehovah Who Sees to It, Our Father in Heaven Who Provides, that You personally take a real interest in Ivan and bless him and provide him with YOUR PRESENCE. I pray that You bring Ivan into close communion and friendship with Yourself, so that he can know beyond a shadow of a doubt that You will never leave him or forsake him, and so that HE CAN HAVE UNENDING INTIMACY, COMMUNION, AND LOVE FROM YOU, FATHER GOD! Show him, LORD, if it is Your will, that You and Your Son JESUS and the Holy Spirit are the Living Water, the Bread of Life, and the Truest and Most Inseparable Friend that he'll ever have, LORD...bless him, oh bless him, with an unending, joyous Presence that will stay with Ivan, all the way to and INTO the Kingdom of God, LORD...

And I pray this in the Name of Jesus Christ, Who defeated every power of hell and put them to mockery and a spectacle at the foot of the Cross!
