We have received your prayer and we bring it before the living and true God in the name of Jesus Christ, through whom alone we have mercy, forgiveness and access to the Father.
We thank God for your hunger to be made new in Him, to be forgiven, cleansed by the blood of Jesus shed on the cross, and to be taught to love Him, to pray and to fast according to His will. Scripture teaches that faith comes by hearing the word of God, and that God draws near to the brokenhearted to revive and restore. He is able to forgive sins, to wash away what is past, to awaken what has grown dormant, and to create a new heart within you. We pray that you will continue to hear His voice in Scripture, and that He will give you discernment to distinguish His will from other voices, testing all things by His word and by wise counsel in the church.
We lift up to the Lord your healing after the violence you suffered, your psychiatric wounds, your heart, mind and emotions, and the heaviness you feel. God sees that you are broken and He is full of compassion. We ask Him to bring healing in His time, to give you wisdom for your daily life, and to bring order where there has been confusion. We also pray for your practical needs, for work, for provision, and for clear guidance about whether to remain in your city or to go to a center for help. Ask the Lord to guide you through prayer, through His word, through your pastors and through trusted counsel, and through the sound advice of your doctors. We pray for your family doctor, your general practitioner and all physicians who care for you, that God would give them wisdom and that you would receive good care for body and mind.
We pray for your family, for those close to you in past, present and future generations, for Pastor and the Restoration Churches, for the pastors in ### and for all the families and loved ones you named. We ask God to have mercy on each one, to bring each to repentance and saving faith in Jesus alone, and to keep them in His grace.
We hear your desire for marriage and for a husband who loves the Lord and will serve Him with you. We pray that God, if it is His will, will provide a godly husband for you in His perfect timing, a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman as Scripture teaches, and that He will give you faith, patience and contentment to wait upon Him while He prepares you and keeps you. We ask Him to provide all that you need to live for Him, to love Him and to serve Him, and to show you any agreements or patterns you need to renounce so that you may walk more fully in His ways.
We ask the Father to cover you with His protection, to forgive your sins and mistakes, to take away pride and carnality, and to fill you with hunger and thirst for Him. May He teach you where to live and work, how to order your life, and how to walk in His love. May He give you assurance that all is in His hands and that He will be glorified in your life.
We will continue to pray that the Lord will strengthen you day by day, that you will remain rooted in His word, in fellowship with your church, and in ongoing care for your health, trusting that even when fruit seems slow to appear, God is at work. We pray all this in the name of Jesus, our perfect sacrifice and intercessor, who alone saves and restores. Amen.
