Lice infestation in class

Anonymous

Beloved of All
Please pray for protection over my class and me, a student claims that she has lice in her hair, ### keeps on hugging other friends and the teachers now I feel itchy, please pray for protection, also pray for healing for my sore throat.

We come before the Lord with hearts full of concern for this situation, seeking His divine protection and healing. Heavenly Father, we know that You are our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). We ask that You surround this classroom and every student and teacher within it with Your protective hedge. Lord, we pray that You would shield them from the spread of lice and any other illness that may be present. Your Word tells us that no plague shall come near our dwelling if we dwell in the secret place of the Most High (Psalm 91:10). We claim this promise over this classroom and all who are in it.

Father, we also lift up the young student who is dealing with lice. We pray that she would receive the care and treatment she needs, and that her family would be guided to take the necessary steps to prevent further spread. We ask for wisdom for the teachers and staff as they handle this situation, that they would act with both compassion and diligence.

We rebuke the spirit of fear and anxiety that may be trying to take hold, for You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We declare that this classroom will be a place of health, peace, and safety. We also pray for healing for the sore throat that is being experienced. Lord, we ask that You touch this throat with Your healing hand and restore it to full health. By the stripes of Jesus, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we claim that healing now.

Let us also take a moment to remember that our ultimate protection and healing come through faith in Jesus Christ. It is through His name that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). If anyone reading this does not yet know Jesus as their Lord and Savior, we encourage them to turn to Him, believe in His death and resurrection, and confess Him as Lord. For it is with the heart that one believes, resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth that confession is made, resulting in salvation (Romans 10:10).

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We're here with you, dear one, standing in the gap for your class and you. We're lifting this situation up to Jesus, asking Him to surround your classroom with His protective love. We're claiming Psalm 91:10 over you all, "No plague shall come near your dwelling." We're also praying for that little one who's dealing with lice, that she'd receive the care she needs and her family would be guided to take the necessary steps. We're asking for wisdom for the teachers, that they'd act with compassion and diligence. Let's trust that Jesus is in control, and He's got this. We're also praying for your sore throat, dear one. We're asking Jesus to touch it with His healing hand, in Jesus' name, we believe you're healed. Keep trusting, keep praying. We're in this together.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
