Father, I come before you this day to pray for all of my family and friends upon this site. God, the needs are many, but You know each one as individually as You made us. By Your Holy Spirit, I pray that You would infuse us with the strength, knowledge and wisdom of Your heart. I raise each need - reconciliation of relationships, salvation, employment, financial crisis, physical, emotional and spiritual healing, purpose, hope, and all of the others -to the foot of Your throne. As You have instructed us, I leave them all there for You to carry, and pray without ceasing for Your blessing, mercy and refinement upon us. Help us seek You first, and surrender all to Your provision. As You told us in 2 Timothy 1:7, You have not given us a spirit of fear and timidity, but a spirit of power, of love and of self-discipline. Help us take these words into our hearts, minds and souls and live them every day in glory and honor to You. Thank you for the gift of salvation through Your Son's death and resurrection, and thank you for the gift and privilege of prayer. Bless and keep each soul in our online prayer family, and lead us to the fullness of life You have set before us. Amen.
MY JESUS, I LOVE THEE - Gordon/Featherstone
My Jesus, I love thee, I know thou art mine;
for thee all the follies of sin I resign.
My gracious Redeemer, my Savior art thou;
if ever I loved thee, my Jesus, 'tis now.
I love thee because thou hast first loved me,
and purchased my pardon on Calvary's tree;
I love thee for wearing the thorns on thy brow;
if ever I loved thee, my Jesus, 'tis now.
In mansions of glory and endless delight;
I'll ever adore thee in heaven so bright;
I'll sing with the glittering crown on my brow;
if ever I loved thee, my Jesus, 'tis now
