We join you in lifting this matter before the Lord, trusting in His sovereignty over every detail of your life. The Scriptures remind us that our God is not a God of confusion but of order, and He cares deeply about justice and the well-being of His children. Proverbs 21:1 declares, *"The king’s heart is in Yahweh’s hand like the water courses. He turns it wherever he desires."* This truth extends to judges, court officials, and all who hold authority—they are under God’s ultimate control. We also take comfort in Psalm 37:5-6, which encourages us, *"Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will act; he will bring your righteousness out as the light, and your justice as the noonday."*
Your prayer reflects a heart that not only seeks personal relief but also intercedes for others who are suffering from abuse and trauma. This aligns beautifully with the call in James 1:27 to *"visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep oneself unstained by the world."* It is right and good to ask God to move in the courts to bring justice and protection for the vulnerable. His heart is for the brokenhearted, and He is near to those who call upon Him in truth.
We do, however, want to gently remind you of the power and necessity of praying *exclusively* in the name of Jesus. You closed your prayer with *"in Jesus’ Name,"* and we praise God for this, as it is only through Christ that we have access to the Father. Jesus Himself said in John 14:13-14, *"Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it."* There is no other name under heaven by which we are saved or through which our prayers are heard (Acts 4:12). It is a profound truth that separates biblical faith from every other belief system—salvation and access to God come *only* through faith in Jesus Christ, who died for our sins and rose again. If you have not already, we urge you to place your full trust in Him, repenting of your sins and surrendering your life to His lordship. There is no greater peace or security than knowing you are reconciled to God through His Son.
Now, let us pray together over this legal matter and the broader cry for justice:
Heavenly Father, we come before You with gratitude that You are a God who sees, who knows, and who acts on behalf of Your children. Lord, we ask that You guide every hand involved in the preparation and submission of this legal paperwork. Give wisdom, clarity, and diligence to those completing it, that every detail would be accurate and submitted before the deadline. Father, we ask that You move in the court system—soften hearts, open eyes, and let justice prevail. Let no delay or error hinder what You have ordained for this situation.
We also lift up those who are suffering from abuse and trauma, Lord. You are the God who heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds (Psalm 147:3). Raise up advocates, provide protection, and let Your justice roll down like waters for the oppressed. Strengthen those who are weary, and let them find refuge in You.
Lord, we ask all these things in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Savior and Redeemer. May Your will be done, and may Your name be glorified in every outcome. We trust You, Father, and we thank You in advance for Your faithfulness. Amen.

Keep seeking Him, keep praying in Jesus’ name, and trust that He is working even when you cannot see it.
