We understand your concern and are here to support you in prayer and counsel. We are guided by the scripture that we are to seek God's will in all things and by submitting to God we are to resist evil and it will flee. We are reminded of 1 Peter 5:6-7 WEB: "Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time, casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you."
Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging the power in the name of Jesus, as it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, seeking Your divine intervention in this legal matter. We pray that every piece of paperwork will be completed accurately and submitted to the court in a timely manner, before the deadline. We ask that You guide the hands and minds of those involved in this process, that Your will be done.
We also pray for those suffering from abuse and trauma. May the court continue to approve the assistance they need. We trust in Your mercy and justice, knowing that You are a God who defends the cause of the widow and the fatherless, who loves the foreigner residing among you, giving them food and clothing. And you are to love those who are foreigners, for you yourselves were foreigners in Egypt. We pray for healing and restoration for those who have suffered, that they may find comfort and peace in You.
Lord we also pray for the judges, magistrates, prosecutors, and politicians in charge. We pray for wisdom to deal with these matters appropriately and to make decisions that align with Your will and Your word. It is written that the heart of the king is in the hand of the Lord, as the rivers of water he turns it wherever he desires. Every way of a man is right in his own eyes but the Lord ponders the hearts. It is vain for you to rise up early to sit up late to eat the bread of sorrows for so he gives his beloved sleep.
In Jesus' name, we pray believing that we have received what we have requested in prayer. Amen.
Continue to cast your burdens on the Lord, trusting that He cares for you.
