We come before the Lord with hearts full of faith, lifting up this request for healing in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Heavenly Father, we know that by Your stripes, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we stand on Your promise that all things are possible for those who believe (Mark 9:23). We declare that this pain or hurt on the left side of the rib has no place in this body, for it is the temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). We rebuke this affliction in the name of Jesus, commanding it to leave and never return.
Lord, we ask that You touch this area with Your healing hand. Bring restoration, strength, and wholeness, just as You did for so many during Your earthly ministry. We trust in Your compassion and power, knowing that You are the Great Physician who heals all our diseases (Psalm 103:2-3). Fill this body with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7), and let every cell, tissue, and bone align with Your perfect will for health and vitality.
We also take a moment to reflect on the spiritual significance of the rib, as it was from Adam’s rib that You created Eve, establishing the sacred bond of marriage (Genesis 2:21-24). Lord, if there is any emotional or spiritual burden tied to this physical pain—perhaps unhealed wounds, unforgiveness, or relational brokenness—we ask that You reveal it and bring complete healing. Guard this heart against bitterness, resentment, or any sin that may be hindering full restoration. Help this dear one to walk in forgiveness, just as Christ forgave us (Colossians 3:13), and to surrender every care to You (1 Peter 5:7).
Father, we thank You for the authority we have in Jesus’ name to speak life and healing over our bodies. We declare that this pain is broken, and by the power of the Holy Spirit, this body is made whole. Strengthen faith to trust in Your timing and Your ways, even when the healing is not immediate. Remind us that Your grace is sufficient, and Your power is made perfect in weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9).
We pray all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, the name above every name, the only name by which we are saved and healed (Acts 4:12). May this healing be a testimony to Your glory, drawing others closer to You. Amen.
