Leaving It All To God And Living For Today

Father,

You know my needs. You know the issues weighing on my mind and heart. Today I leave them all to You, every last one. I ask this morning to find peace of mind and comfort in knowing that I can just leave my problems with You and just live in the moment for today with happiness and peace in my heart knowing that I am a child of God and everything will be ok because God loves me.

I lift my estranged husband up to You in prayer. May he open his eyes to You and Your will for his life. May there be a healing of his mind and his heart. Please, Father, create the miracle of restoration in my marriage, remove all obstacles in the path to reconciliation. I pray that You lead my husband to consider returning to me, his wife, so that we can uphold the vows that we made before You on the day we were married two decades ago. I love my husband. I miss him.

But for now Father, for today, I am leaving all of my problems with You knowing that You are taking care of them for me and I am just going to step outside of the door, outside of myself, outside of my problems and just enjoy the day that You have created and blessed us with...and eveything that it has to offer. AMEN

Father, I come before you in the precious name of Jesus Christ, asking that my sister would cast all her cares upon you. May her husband not be comfortable in his sin, and please reconsile this marriage. Give hope where there is confusion and break down the forces of the evil one. Lord, please return the husband back to you and then the family. I thank you in advance for what you are going to do, In Jesus name. AMEN.

Lord God, we thank You that You are trustworthy. As this sister surrenders to You, we have the confidence that You will arise and put everything right in Jesus name. Your word says 'come to me all who are heavy laden' and also calls us to 'cast our cares upon You', Abba Father, Your covenant child is knocking at Your throne room, arise and defend her, perfect everything that concerns her. We ask You not to keep silent when the devil is tearing apart what You had put together. Lord Jesus, we are earnestly expecting You to mend, restore and prosper this marriage. This is faith and we know You will work on it to shame the devil, in Jesus name...amen

Father, I know what it is like to be no longer desired by the person who we love deeply. The feelings are overwhelming and deafening. Then You add those with problems of the world that are presented on our paths and it is enough to want to give in and come home to You and cry it all out.

Yet there is one thing that never changes - Your unconditional love. I learned that in the midst of my fears and problems. Today I ask that You shower my sister with the love that you saved me with. I ask that you remove all the negativity in her heart and mind so she may have peace in her heart. I ask that You show her that the decisions of her estranged husband are not of hers. Help her see that Your word promised that those who pursue righteousness and love will find life, prosperity and honor. Help guide her steps back to the path of love and that she begins to show it in abundant ways to those in the world who really can use it. The more love she shows and gives to the world will allow her light to shine. I also speak that her light will be a beacon unto her estranged husband's path. I pray he finds You in her light & love. If it is in according to your will then also restore their marriage. Blessed is the man who finds a wife and I pray that he may see her - again. Yet, everything is subject to change. Father I also ask that this man no longer sees her as his wife I pray that you send another man to her to fill her with an abundant life and exceed beyond the limits of her imagination the previous love that she misses in her life. I ask you to open her eyes to receive the new that you are doing in her life if she allows herself to take that step of faith with you and let go of the past.
