Leaving Interpretation Team

Hi Saints!

Thank you always for praying for my job in Osaka and strength of my faith in Jesus.I always appreciate every prayer for me!

Could I ask you for one more though...???

As I mentioned in public a few times, most of you are familiar that I've been involved in interpretation team at my church.My church is international church, and the message is spoken in English at Sunday service.I've interpretated for that for 2 years, and I decided to leave the team on September.

One of the reasons is that I wouldn't be able to handle the issues at the team from now on.Currently, there are 4 interpretators including me, and 2 of them are new Christian.It was my responsibility to educate them since Feburuary as the other interpretator who just got married on January has no room to educate new Christian.

We made an announcement that we are in need of interpretator since last December, and Cotoyo, who got bapatized just recently, has shown her interests in interpretation since them.She occationally bugged me, and she recently talked to the pastor about volunteering for our team.

I gave up on this issue.Interpretation isn't easy job especially for new christians who don't know bible and need specific education.I wouldn't be able to educate one more new christian, so I decided to leave.

I already talked to the pastor and got permission to leave the team.Please pray that I can peacefully leave the team and God would lead me to a different ministory to serve Him.

Lord, As you are closing this door in Junko's life, I ask your hand upon her. Lead, guide and direct her in the way she should go. You never close a door unless you open another one for us. I know you will give her another ministry where her gifts and talents are needed. We thank you again for this prayer warrior. We thank you for her love of your people and her care and concern. Father thank you for the many skills and talents you have placed in my sister junko. I pray Father that the road you have prepared for her is drenched with the light of your Spirit so that it is easily percieved. I pray that the example she set is continued in the new translators for years to come.As she ends this chapter of her walk and begins another remind her that "the end of a matter is better than its begining".I guess Lord that means its getting better all the time.Be with her Lord.

I lift Junko up to You in pray. Guide her to find Your purpose for her life. Grant her the peace that she seeks when she leaves the interpretation team and help her find employment that she finds fulfilling and financially rewarding. AMEN
