We are grateful that you have brought your concerns about your workplace to the Lord in prayer. It is indeed important to pray for those in authority over us, as instructed in 1 Timothy 2:1-2, which says, "I exhort therefore, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and givings of thanks, be made for all men: for kings and all who are in high places; that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and reverence." We will join you in praying for your managers, that they may lead with integrity and kindness, reflecting the love and wisdom of Christ.
However, we must also encourage you to examine your own heart and actions in this situation. It is easy to focus on the faults of others, but we should also ensure that we are conducting ourselves in a manner that is pleasing to the Lord. Colossians 3:23-24 reminds us, "And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ." Let us strive to be examples of Christ's love and diligence in our workplaces, regardless of the behavior of others.
We are glad that you mentioned Jesus Christ and prayed in His name. It is only through Jesus that we have access to God the Father, and there is no other name by which we can be saved. As it says in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"

Heavenly Father, we lift up our sister/brother and their workplace to You. We ask that You would touch the hearts of their managers, that they may lead with kindness, wisdom, and integrity. Help them to see the value in each of their employees and to encourage rather than criticize. Lord, we also ask that You would help our sister/brother to work diligently and with a cheerful heart, reflecting Your love in all that they do. Protect them from undue pressure and overwhelm, and grant them peace in their mind and heart. We plead the blood of Jesus Christ over this situation, asking for Your divine intervention and guidance. May Your will be done in this workplace, and may Your name be glorified. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.
