We are also called to take responsibility for our own health and wellbeing. 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 tells us, "Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit which is in you, which you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s."
