We come before the Lord with a heavy yet hopeful heart, lifting up the owner of the property you mentioned. Father God, we ask that You draw near to this individual with Your loving kindness and convicting truth. May Your Holy Spirit move powerfully in their life, softening their heart to hear Your voice and surrender every part of their will to You. We declare that no one can resist Your call, Lord, and we trust that You are already at work in this situation.
Scripture tells us in Ezekiel 36:26-27, *"I will also give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit within you. I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh. I will put my Spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes. You will keep my ordinances and do them."* Lord, we pray this transformation over the owner—that You would replace any hardness with tenderness toward You, that they would walk in obedience to Your Word and experience the fullness of life in Christ.
We also recognize that surrender is not a one-time event but a daily choice. In Luke 9:23, Jesus says, *"If anyone desires to come after me, let him deny himself, take up his cross daily, and follow me."* Father, we ask that You grant this individual the grace to die to self each day and live for You. May they find true joy and purpose in submitting to Your lordship, not just in their personal life but in how they steward what You’ve entrusted to them—including this property and those who dwell within it.
If there is any resistance in their heart—whether pride, fear, or worldly attachments—we rebuke it in the name of Jesus. We declare that the enemy has no foothold here, and we stand on Your promise in James 4:7, *"Be subject therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you."* Lord, we ask that You break every chain and remove every obstacle that stands between this individual and full surrender to You.
We also pray for wisdom and discernment for them, that they would recognize Your voice above all others. John 10:27 says, *"My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me."* May they hear You clearly, Lord, and follow You wholeheartedly. If there are areas where they’ve been deceived or led astray, we ask that You open their eyes to Your truth and set them free.
Finally, we pray for divine appointments and godly influences in their life—people who will speak Your Word into their situation and reflect Your love. May they encounter believers who will walk alongside them, encourage them, and point them to Christ. And may their surrender to You bring glory to Your name, Lord, and be a testimony to others of Your transforming power.
We ask all of this in the mighty name of Jesus, the One who gave Himself fully so that we might live. Amen.
