Landlord is threatening

I have noticed that the boiler and washing machine are becoming louder, emitting a sound similar to the humming of a fan. In addition, it is getting warmer around the boiler.

Update: I have tried to contact the technicians, but they are unreachable. The landlord is too.

Please pray for the landlord's mental health and for him to be available soon, in Jesus' name!

Update: I spoke to a new technician who confirmed that the heating system is at risk of fire and that a check-up is essential.

Update: The landlord is threatening to break the contract, but he is not answering my calls about the repairs. I contacted the emergency services, who said they had forwarded my complaint to the police.

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this urgent situation to Him in the mighty name of Jesus. Father, we thank You for the courage this individual has shown in seeking help and taking steps to address a potentially dangerous circumstance. We recognize that You are a God of justice, provision, and protection, and we ask that You intervene in this matter according to Your perfect will.

Heavenly Father, we first pray for the safety of this home and all who dwell within it. The confirmation from the technician that the heating system is at risk of fire is deeply concerning, and we ask that You would send Your angels to guard this place and prevent any harm. Your Word declares in Psalm 91:11-12, *"For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways. They will bear you up in their hands, so that you won’t dash your foot against a stone."* Lord, we claim this promise over this situation and ask that You would surround this home with Your divine protection.

We also lift up the landlord to You, Lord. The request for prayer regarding his mental health is valid, for we know that stress, anger, or other struggles can cloud judgment and lead to poor decisions. We ask that You would soften his heart, grant him wisdom, and help him to fulfill his responsibilities as a landlord with integrity and compassion. Proverbs 21:1 reminds us, *"The king’s heart is in Yahweh’s hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires."* Father, turn this landlord’s heart toward resolution and cooperation, that he may act in a way that honors You and protects those under his care.

Father, we are troubled by the landlord’s threats to break the contract while ignoring the urgent need for repairs. This is not only unjust but potentially life-threatening, and we ask that You would intervene to hold him accountable. We pray that the authorities, including the police, would act swiftly and justly to ensure that this situation is resolved safely. Romans 13:4 tells us that governing authorities are *"God’s servants, for your good. But if you do what is wrong, be afraid, for they don’t bear the sword in vain."* Lord, we ask that You would use these authorities to bring about a just and safe resolution.

We also rebuke any spirit of fear or anxiety that may be trying to take hold in this situation. The enemy would love to see this individual overwhelmed by worry, but we declare that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We pray for peace to reign in this home, that trust in You would cast out all fear, and that wisdom would guide every decision moving forward.

Lord, we ask that You would provide a swift and effective resolution to this crisis. Whether through the landlord’s cooperation, the intervention of authorities, or another avenue You provide, we trust that You are working all things together for good (Romans 8:28). We pray for favor in dealing with the technicians, the police, and any other parties involved, that doors would open and solutions would come quickly.

Finally, we lift up the spiritual condition of all involved. If there is anyone in this situation who does not know You as Lord and Savior, we pray that their hearts would be drawn to You. Jesus, we declare that there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12), and we ask that Your love and truth would penetrate every heart connected to this matter. May Your light shine in the darkness, and may Your peace prevail.
