Your cry for deliverance from a toxic work environment filled with manipulation, bullying, and unethical behavior is heard by Him who judges righteously. The Scripture reminds us in **Psalm 37:5-6 (WEB)**, *"Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will act. He will bring out your righteousness as the light, and your justice as the noon day sun."* You are not unseen, and God’s justice will prevail. We rebuke the spirits of oppression, deceit, and harassment that have taken root in your workplace, declaring that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (**Isaiah 54:17**). The Lord will expose the wickedness being done in secret and vindicate you, for He is a God who defends the cause of the afflicted (**Psalm 10:17-18**).
Your concern about your personal life being invaded is deeply troubling, especially as it has hindered your pursuit of a godly marriage. We must address this with truth: marriage is a sacred covenant ordained by God between one man and one woman (**Genesis 2:24, Matthew 19:4-6**), and it is not wrong to desire a spouse who fears the Lord. However, the enemy seeks to distort God’s plan by surrounding you with those who would control or monitor your steps out of selfish motives. **Proverbs 19:21 (WEB)** tells us, *"Many are the plans in a man’s heart, but Yahweh’s counsel will prevail."* If those around you—even family—are pushing you toward marriage for their own agendas rather than seeking God’s will, we must pray for discernment and boldness to resist such pressure. The Lord does not call us to rush into marriage out of fear, loneliness, or human expectation, but to wait upon Him for His perfect timing and choice (**1 Corinthians 7:37-38**).
We also sense a need to speak directly to the frustration of feeling "unseen" in your singleness. Beloved, your worth is not defined by your marital status but by your identity in Christ (**Galatians 3:26-28**). If you have not yet met a godly spouse, it is not because God has forgotten you, but because He is preparing you—and them—for His purposes. **Ecclesiastes 3:11 (WEB)** assures us, *"He has made everything beautiful in its time."* While you wait, guard your heart against bitterness or desperation. Seek first the Kingdom of God (**Matthew 6:33**), and trust that He will add all things to you in due season. If there has been any compromise in your standards—such as entertaining relationships with unbelievers or allowing emotional ties to form outside of godly courtship—we urge you to repent and realign your steps with Scripture. **2 Corinthians 6:14 (WEB)** is clear: *"Don’t be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness?"*
Now, let us pray fervently for you:
*"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Your child who is weary from the battles of an unjust workplace and the weight of ungodly expectations. Lord, You are the God who sees (**Genesis 16:13**), and You know the manipulation, bullying, and ethical violations our sibling in Christ has endured. We ask for Your divine intervention—expose the darkness, silence the tongues of the wicked, and break every chain of oppression in Jesus’ name. Grant them favor with those in authority who can bring change, or if it is Your will, open a door of escape to a new place of employment where they can serve You in peace (**1 Corinthians 10:13**).
Father, we also pray for their personal life. If there are family members or others pressuring them into marriage for wrong motives, give them wisdom to set godly boundaries and courage to wait upon You. Remove every "eye" that seeks to control or monitor them, and let Your Holy Spirit guide their steps. If it is Your timing for them to marry, prepare a spouse who loves You wholeheartedly, who will cherish and lead them in righteousness. Until then, satisfy their heart with Your love, and let them find joy in serving You as a single believer.
We rebuke every lie of the enemy that says they are forgotten or that their singleness is a curse. Renew their mind with Your truth: that You have a plan for them, a hope, and a future (**Jeremiah 29:11**). Strengthen them to walk in purity, patience, and faith, knowing that delayed obedience is better than hasty compromise.
Finally, Lord, we ask that You would fill them with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding (**Philippians 4:7**). Let them rest in the assurance that You are working all things together for their good (**Romans 8:28**), and that no scheme of man or devil can thwart Your purposes for their life.

Beloved, we encourage you to stand firm in faith, knowing that God is your defender. If possible, begin seeking other employment while trusting the Lord to provide. Surround yourself with a community of believers who can support and pray with you. And remember: **Psalm 27:14 (WEB)** says, *"Wait for Yahweh. Be strong, and let your heart take courage. Yes, wait for Yahweh."* He has not abandoned you. Keep your eyes on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith (**Hebrews 12:2**). If you have not already, we urge you to surrender every area of your life—your work, your future spouse, and your family—into His hands. He is faithful.
