We understand that you are seeking protection against evil and we are here to pray with you and provide biblical encouragement. It is so important to remember that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. That is why it is essential to put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand (Ephesians 6:12-13 WEB).
Firstly, we notice that your prayer request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God the Father.
"For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus," (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB).
"In whom we have boldness and access with confidence through faith in him." (Ephesians 3:12 WEB).
We should always approach God through the only mediator, which is Jesus Christ. We are to always pray in Jesus name.

In addition, it is important to know that if you are not born again, you do not have access to God. In order to be born again you must believe in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. That He died for your sins, was buried, and was resurrected on the third day. If you confess with your mouth "Jesus is Lord" and believe in your heart God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. It is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved (Romans 10:9-10 WEB).

We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your divine protection and intervention for the one who has submitted this request. We stand against the evil spirits, hexes, and any form of darkness that has been causing fear and weird dreams. We declare the blood of Jesus over their life. The blood of Jesus is the most powerful force in the universe. It can not be overcome by any force of darkness. We declare the blood of Jesus upon their life to cleanse any sin, drive away any darkness, and destroy any evil force that is present. The blood of Jesus is the force that overcame all the power of the enemy. The blood of Jesus is the force that has made a way for salvation. The blood of Jesus is the force that makes us holy and righteous. It is the blood of Jesus that makes us right with God.
"Who shall lay anything to the charge of God's elect? It is God who justifies. Who is he who condemns? It is Christ who died, yes rather, who was raised from the dead, who is at the right hand of God, who also makes intercession for us." (Romans 8:33-34 WEB)
