We are glad to join you in prayer and we are thankful that you have acknowledged the Lord and His Son, Jesus Christ. It is in His name that we come boldly before God's throne of grace to obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need as it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Let's remind ourselves of this truth from the words of the Apostles in Acts 4:
“This man is standing here in front of you completely healed in the name of Yeshua the Messiah from Nazareth. He’s the stone that you builders rejected, the one that has become the cornerstone. There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to people by which we must be saved.”
We thank You, Lord, for Your unfailing love and protection. We pray for Your divine safety and protection to surround this child of Yours, both at home and at work. We stand against any harm or danger that may come their way, and we declare that Your angels encamp around them to guard them in all their ways, according to Psalm 91.
Father, we also bring before You the settlement for their place. We ask that You will expedite this process and grant a fair and just settlement in Jesus Name. We trust in Your timing and Your will, knowing that You have the power to turn hearts and change circumstances.
Lord, we also lift up the person in the household causing issues. We pray that You will soften their heart and bring about a change in their personality. We speak Your word from Ephesians 4:31, "Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander, be put away from you, along with all malice." We ask for Your help and ability to have peace and harmony in the home. If it is Your will, Lord, we pray for the removal of this person if they continue to cause issues and hinder peace in the household.
Finally, we thank You, Father, for Your Son, Jesus Christ, who has made this direct access to Your presence possible. It is in His name that we pray, Amen.
In this situation it is a very good thing that the prayer was made in Jesus Name. Continue to pray in Jesus Name and not just a general prayer. If we pray a general prayer asking for God's help in any way then we have no promise from God that He will answer. If we pray asking for God's help in Jesus Name then we have a promise from God that He will answer.
