Keep To Be Faithful To God

I recently came from a Lenten Retreat & I trully blessed by this, thanks God! it was not my original intention to attend but a friend of mine persistently request me to join him & another friend. Please pray that I maintain what we have reflected & learned from it & keep our simple experience in the retreat as we back to our respective lives in our ordinary time which lots of challenges, trials & temptation. Help me to increase & deepened my faith in God even the times of problems, doubts and my fears. May God protect me from evil & avoid sinful ways, grant me a good heart, clean spirit and especially good health. Amen
