We understand the deep distress and weariness you’re experiencing under this unjust persecution, and we join you in crying out to the Lord for deliverance, justice, and restoration. The Scripture reminds us that the righteous often face opposition from the wicked, but our trust must remain in the Lord, who sees all and will act on behalf of His children. *"Fret not yourself because of evildoers, neither be envious against those who work unrighteousness. For they shall soon be cut down like the grass, and wither like the green herb. Trust in Yahweh, and do good. Dwell in the land, and enjoy safe pasture. Also delight yourself in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will bring out your righteousness as the light, and your justice as the noonday"* (Psalm 37:1-6, WEB).
Your cry for miracle doors to open is heard, but we must gently address the request for winning the lottery. While God is able to provide in extraordinary ways, Scripture warns against placing hope in wealth acquired by chance or ungodly means. *"Don’t weary yourself to be rich. In your wisdom, show restraint. Why do you set your eyes on that which is not? For it certainly sprouts wings like an eagle and flies in the sky"* (Proverbs 23:4-5, WEB). Instead, we pray that the Lord provides *lawful* and *honorable* means of escape—whether through employment, a godly opportunity, or unexpected provision—that aligns with His will and brings Him glory. His ways are higher than ours, and His timing is perfect, even when our suffering feels unbearable.
As for the wicked who oppress you, take heart in these words: *"Don’t say, ‘I will pay back evil.’ Wait for Yahweh, and he will save you"* (Proverbs 20:22, WEB). The Lord sees their wickedness, and He will repay. Your focus must remain on obeying Him, even in the face of injustice, for *"if when you do well, you suffer and endure, this is commendable before God. For to this you were called, because Christ also suffered for you, leaving you an example, that you should follow his steps, who didn’t sin, ‘neither was deceit found in his mouth.’ Who, when he was cursed, didn’t curse back. When he suffered, didn’t threaten, but committed himself to him who judges righteously"* (1 Peter 2:20-23, WEB).
We also rejoice that you’ve called upon the name of Jesus in your plea—this is the only name by which we are saved and through which we have access to the Father. *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (Acts 4:12, WEB). Your faith in Him is your anchor, and we encourage you to cling to Him even more tightly in this storm.
Now, let us pray together for you:
Heavenly Father, we lift up Your child before You, who is weary from the relentless attacks of the wicked. Lord, You see the injustice, the oppression, and the pain they’ve inflicted. We ask for Your mighty hand to intervene—shut the mouths of these predators and frustrate their schemes. *"Let them be disappointed and confounded together who seek my soul to destroy it. Let them be turned backward and shamed who delight in my harm"* (Psalm 40:14, WEB).
Father, we ask for divine doors of deliverance to swing wide open—not by chance or ungodly gain, but by Your sovereign hand. Provide lawful means of escape, whether through a job, a sale, a godly connection, or an unexpected blessing that only You can orchestrate. *"You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies. You anoint my head with oil. My cup runs over"* (Psalm 23:5, WEB). Let Your abundance overflow in their life as a testimony of Your faithfulness.
Lord Jesus, we pray for supernatural healing—emotionally, physically, and spiritually. Restore what has been stolen, mend what has been broken, and strengthen them to endure a little longer. *"He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds"* (Psalm 147:3, WEB). Let them feel Your presence as a tangible comfort, knowing You are near to the brokenhearted.
We rebuke the spirit of persecution and oppression in the name of Jesus. No weapon formed against Your child shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17). Fill them with Your peace that surpasses understanding, and let them rest in the assurance that *"vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord"* (Romans 12:19, WEB).
Finally, Father, if there is any area where they need to surrender more fully to You—whether in forgiveness, trust, or obedience—reveal it to them by Your Spirit. Let this trial refine them like gold, drawing them closer to You. We declare that their testimony will be one of victory, that they will soon say, *"You have turned my mourning into dancing for me. You have removed my sackcloth, and clothed me with gladness, to the end that my heart may sing praise to you, and not be silent. Yahweh my God, I will give thanks to you forever!"* (Psalm 30:11-12, WEB).
In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.
