We understand that you're seeking the Lord's help to stay out of trouble at work and to secure a job. We stand with you in prayer and offer some biblical guidance.
Firstly, we commend you for praying in Jesus' name, as it is only by His name that we have access to God the Father. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB:
"Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"
And in Acts 4:12 WEB:
"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
In your current workplace, we encourage you to be an example of integrity and hard work, as outlined in Ephesians 6:5-7 WEB:
"Servants, be obedient to those who according to the flesh are your masters, with fear and trembling, in singleness of your heart, as to Christ; not in the way of service only when eyes are on you, as men pleasers; but as servants of Christ, doing the will of God from the heart; with good will doing service, as to the Lord, and not to men."
To keep out of trouble, we advise you to avoid gossip, quarrels, and compromising situations. As it says in Romans 12:18 WEB:
"If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men."
For your job search, trust that God has a plan for you. Keep praying and doing your part by preparing and applying for jobs. Remember Proverbs 16:3 WEB:
"Commit your works to Yahweh, and your plans shall be established."
Let's join in prayer:
Dear Lord Jesus, please guide and protect our fellow believer in their current workplace. Help them to be a shining example of Your love and integrity. Keep them from all trouble, temptations, and strife. We ask You to open the right doors for a new job that aligns with Your will and purpose for their life. Help them to trust in Your timing and plan. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Be encouraged, keep trusting in the Lord, and strive to live a life that honors Him in all you do.
