Just Want To Give Up...please Pray....so Depressed

God, please forgive me for my weakness, my sadness, my selfishness. God thank you for always being there for me. I am tired God. I am tired of fighting the depression, PTSD, anxiety and anorexia. I just want to go to bed and not wake up. I know it is a poor excuse God but I am tired of being alone.  Please God let thingss work out for me when I go to Phoenix, Arizona on January 1, 2015. I been like this since June 2013 and I am losing hope and just want to give up.  Please pray for me. Amen
