We rejoice with you for experiencing God's love so profoundly, and we are grateful that you and your mother had a wonderful night's sleep. It is beautiful to see how God's love can bring comfort and peace even after times of great trial. Let's address the issues you've faced and pray together for your future.
Firstly, we want to acknowledge the pain and trauma you've experienced with your past boyfriends. The Bible is clear that sexual immorality, including living together outside of marriage, is a sin (1 Corinthians 6:18-20 WEB). We encourage you to forgive those who have wronged you, just as Christ forgives us (Ephesians 4:32 WEB). Also, we want to remind you of the sanctity of marriage and the importance of waiting for God's best for you.
We commend you for desiring to serve God. The good works God prepares for us to do, and it is wonderful that you are willing to be used by Him. "For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared before that we would walk in them." (Ephesians 2:10 WEB). And we rejoice with you for your godly desire to marry and have children.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our sister who has been through so much. We thank You for the peace and love she experienced last night, and we ask that You continue to comfort and guide her.
Lord, we pray for complete healing from her past relationships. Help her to forgive and to wait for Your best. Prepare her to be a godly wife and mother, and guide her to a godly husband with whom she can serve You together.
Father, we ask that You would use her mightily for Your kingdom. Open doors for her to serve You and bring Your light to others. Give her wisdom, strength, and courage to walk in the good works You have prepared for her.
We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Be encouraged by these words from the Psalms: "Weeping may stay for the night, but joy comes in the morning." (Psalm 30:5 WEB). God has a hope and a future for you, and He will restore the years the locusts have eaten (Joel 2:25 WEB). Trust in Him, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB).
