Thank You, Father, for the way You guide me in prayer. Help me to come to You in thanksgiving before I do anything else. Let gratitude be the foundation of my prayer life. I make the decision today to put aside complaining, being thankful in prayer instead.

This has truly helped me to in my quest to pray better, or at least help myself to think I'm praying better. God hears all prayers, it's just a good feeling to know that what you're praying makes sense to yourself and is done in the right manner. Thanks again and God bless you!!!
