We come before the throne of grace with your request, lifting up your need for protection, justice, and provision in your workplace. The Word of God assures us, *"No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that accuses you in judgment. This is the heritage of the Lord’s servants, and their righteousness is of me," says the Lord* (Isaiah 54:17). We stand on this promise, declaring that the schemes of the enemy against you will not prosper. The Lord is your defender, and He sees every injustice you have faced.
We rebuke the spirit of oppression and unfairness that has denied you the reasonable accommodations you are entitled to. Scripture tells us, *"Do not exploit the poor because they are poor, and do not crush the needy in court, for the Lord will take up their case and will exact life for life"* (Proverbs 22:22-23). The Lord is your advocate, and He will fight for you. We pray that those in authority over your accommodation request would have a change of heart and grant you what is rightfully yours. If it is God’s will for you to remain in this workplace, we ask that He would soften hearts and open doors for your needs to be met.
However, we also recognize that the Lord may be leading you to a new season. We pray for your upcoming interview on March 23rd at 9:00 AM Pacific Time. May the Lord go before you and prepare the way, as He promises, *"The Lord will make you the head, and not the tail. If you listen to the commandments of the Lord your God, which I command you today, to observe them carefully, and don’t turn aside from any of the words which I command you today, to the right hand, or to the left, to go after other gods to serve them"* (Deuteronomy 28:13-14). We ask that the Holy Spirit would guide your words, calm your nerves, and give you favor with those interviewing you. May this new opportunity align with God’s purpose for your life and provide the environment where you can thrive.
We also pray for divine protection over you in your current workplace. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that you may have life abundantly (John 10:10). We declare that no weapon formed against you—whether it be gossip, sabotage, or unjust treatment—will prosper. The Lord is your shield, and His angels are encamped around you (Psalm 91:11). We rebuke every spirit of fear, anxiety, and discouragement, for God has not given you a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7).
Father, we ask that You would grant this dear one wisdom in every decision they make. If it is Your will for them to transition to a new job, we pray that You would open the door wide and confirm it with peace. If it is Your will for them to remain where they are, we ask that You would bring about justice and restoration. Above all, may Your name be glorified in every outcome. We trust in Your perfect timing and Your unfailing love.
Lord, we also lift up their heart before You. It is easy to grow weary when facing injustice, but we are reminded, *"Let us not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season, if we don’t give up"* (Galatians 6:9). Strengthen their faith and renew their hope. Remind them that You are their provider, and Your plans for them are good (Jeremiah 29:11). May they find their rest and identity in You alone.
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the One who has overcome the world (John 16:33). By His blood, we have access to the Father, and by His name, we make our petitions known. May Your will be done in this situation, and may Your glory be revealed. Amen.
