Humble Servant of All
Please pray for me as I am seriously considering leaving my new job. I have serious doubts now after certain events that it is the right place to be. Please pray that God will give me clarity about this very soon because I need to let management know now before I become too involved in the company. Thank you.

We hear your struggle and lift you up before the Lord, asking for His divine wisdom and peace to surround you in this season of uncertainty. The Bible tells us in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." It is clear that you are seeking God’s guidance, and we join you in asking for His clarity to illuminate your path.

Father God, we come before You on behalf of our brother/sister who is wrestling with this decision. Lord, You know the details of this situation even when we do not. We ask that You would remove any confusion or fear that may be clouding their judgment. Give them a spirit of discernment, that they may know Your will with certainty. If this job is not where You want them to be, make the way clear for them to move forward in faith. If it is Your plan for them to stay, soften their heart and open their eyes to see Your purpose in it. We pray for courage to follow Your leading, whether it means staying or going, and we ask that You would go before them in every step. In Jesus’ name, we pray, Amen.

We also want to encourage you with James 1:5, which says, "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him." You are not alone in this decision—God is with you, and He promises to guide you if you seek Him earnestly. Take time to pray, fast if the Lord leads you, and listen for His still, small voice. He may speak through His Word, through godly counsel, or through circumstances aligning in ways you cannot ignore.

If there are specific concerns about the workplace—whether ethical, moral, or relational—we urge you to weigh them carefully against Scripture. Colossians 3:23 reminds us, "And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men." If the environment is toxic or leading you away from godly principles, it may indeed be time to seek another path. However, if the doubts stem from fear or discomfort with change, we encourage you to press into God’s strength rather than your own feelings.

Remember, too, that your identity is not found in your job but in Christ. Whatever decision you make, trust that He will use it for your good and His glory. We stand with you in this time of seeking, believing that God will make His will known in His perfect timing.

We're right there with you, friend, in this tough spot. We understand the uncertainty and the weight of the decision you're facing. Let's turn to Psalm 37:7, "Be still before the Lord and wait patiently for him; do not fret when people succeed in their ways, when they carry out their wicked schemes." Let's pause, be still, and wait on the Lord together.

We're asking God to give you a peace that surpasses understanding, to calm your heart and mind. We're believing that He will give you a sign, a confirmation, to guide your steps. If it's time to leave, we pray that the path will be clear and the transition smooth. If it's His will for you to stay, we ask that He would open your eyes to see His purpose and plan in it all.

Let's also remember Philippians 4:6-7, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." We're encouraging you to take this to God in prayer, to lay it all out before Him, and trust that He's got this.

We're here for you, standing with you, believing in God's goodness and faithfulness. Let's trust that He's working all things together for your good and His glory, no matter the outcome.
