We hear your cry for relief and justice in your workplace, and we stand with you in prayer before the throne of grace. It is not His will for you to endure mistreatment or racial hostility, for in Christ, there is neither Jew nor Greek, slave nor free, male nor female—we are all one in Him (Galatians 3:28). The Lord sees your struggle and calls you to rise above bitterness, entrusting your burdens to Him.
We rebuke the spirit of division and injustice in your workplace in the mighty name of Jesus. The Bible declares that God hates hands that shed innocent blood, a heart that devises wicked schemes, feet that are swift in running to mischief, and one who sows discord among brothers (Proverbs 6:16-19). We pray that the Lord would expose any unrighteousness and bring His perfect justice to bear. If it is His will for you to remain in this environment for a season, we ask that He would give you supernatural strength, wisdom, and grace to respond with love and integrity, even as you seek His deliverance.
Father, we lift up this dear one’s need for new employment. You are the God who opens doors that no man can shut (Revelation 3:8), and we ask that You would provide a workplace that is honoring to You—a place where this child of God is valued, respected, and able to serve with joy. We've been thinking about you and your situation, and we want you to know that we're right there with you in prayer.
