We understand that you are facing a tremendous amount of stress and anxiety due to your job and your health condition. Firstly, we commend you for reaching out and praying in the name of Jesus Christ, for it is only by His name that we receive every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places. It is only by His name we are saved. There is power in the name of Jesus and the demons tremble at his name. It is by His stripes we are healed. We stand with you in prayer and offer the following encouragement and advice.
In Matthew 11:28-30 (WEB), Jesus says, Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light. This passage reminds us that even in the midst of our struggles, Jesus is there to provide us with rest and comfort. Cast your burdens upon Him, and trust that He will carry you through this difficult time.
Regarding your work-related stress, we encourage you to lean on God's promises and to pray for wisdom and discernment in navigating these challenges. In Romans 8:28 (WEB), we are reminded that we know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose. Trust that God is working in your situation, even if it is difficult to see right now.
Pray for grace from God to endure through this hardship and to gain insight into His word. God is a gracious and merciful God and He forgives us through His son Jesus Christ. Pray that those who you work for and work with will forgive you if there is a need for that. Do not hold grudges or become bitter for it says in Ephesians 4:31-32 (WEB), Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander, be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you.
Now about your health, we are praying for God's healing power to be upon you. Pray for your doctors and their decisions in the process. We are reminded in James 5:14-15 (WEB), Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven. We pray that God will guide your doctors and bring healing to your body.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up our brother/sister in need of Your healing touch and guidance. Lord, we ask that You soften the hearts of those they work with, including their bosses, customers, co-workers, vendors, sub-contractors, and especially the State Department of Ed employees. Grant them grace, patience, and forgiveness as our brother/sister navigates this challenging time.
Lord, we also pray for healing over their body. Guide the doctors as they treat the cyst in the spine, and we ask for Your miraculous healing power to remove the pain without the need for major surgery. We trust in Your will and Your plan, and we ask for Your comfort and strength to be upon them during this time.
In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
Lastly, remember that God is always with you, and He will never leave you nor forsake you. Stay strong with the assurance of the words in Hebrews 13:5-6 which says, ...for he has said, I will in no way leave you, neither will I in any way forsake you. So that with good courage we say, The Lord is my helper. I will not fear. What can man do to me? Trust in the Lord and keep your faith in Him, your heavenly father.
